阿納比拉飯店(Al Nabila Hotel)

From time to time I visit Cairo and prefer to stay at Alnabilah hotel, the rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairo. Mr. MANSOOR

Fraud! This is not a hotel! It is a Night CLUB with rooms - rooms that are in very bad shape and not clean. The restaurant i closed. The pool is not available. The lobby looks as if the place has been under destruction/reconstruction for many years. It is a dump. Do not go to this trap. Only one person on the staff speaks English. And the taxies they help you find are not taxies and they take overprice and will leave you at wrong places. It is not possible to give zero stars on Tripadvisor, but that is what this trap is worth.

Everyone was smoking cigarettes and the smell was everywhere even on the clean towels and linen when they were changed over

The service description on the website is not matching the reality, I needed internet for my work but I was surprised that there was no internet at all in the rooms. Hot water takes more than 10 minutes to reach after opening the tab, towels are old, room phon is very old and not working, etc. The only thing was good is the breakfast.

I booked this “hotel” despite seeing many terrible reviews and a couple of good ones. As soon as our taxi pulled up to the front of the building, I knew I’d made a horrible mistake. The entire area in front of the hotel is trash. As soon as the door to our cab opened two young kids rushed us and began begging and grabbing at us. Upon entry, the staff, who you couldn’t tell if they were staff or not as they had on regular street clothes tried to separate us from our luggage and we literally had to be very firm about not leaving sight of our luggage. At checkin the receptionist tried to tell me I only had reservations for 2 when I had an email confirmation for 3 so he claims he had to call someone to confirm. After dealing with this for at least half an hour, we are finally escorted to our room, 602…and I was afraid, very afraid. The hallway carpet was stained and dirty and looked as if a body had been dragged across it leaving pools of blood along the way, it was dark and gloomy. The room was old and the drapes and bed covers looked as if they’d been there since a revolution long ago…it was terrible. My kids were angry and wanted to leave immediately but it was too much to deal with at that hour. This hotel was rated 4 stars on the site I booked with…it is less than 1. And least I forget, the breakfast was disgusting. I ended up only eating a boiled egg that I peeled and water.

It was dirty, A/C not cold, all employees looking after money without doing their job , the hotel doesn’t worth 4 star .

I did have a problem the first day and by contacting Mrs Marwa at the management office she did all she can and mor to make sure I am satisfied and my House keeping staff and the supervisor Fifi is great and efficient . I like to thank all of them and I will be back .

It’s a great hotel . Service by Managers is efficient especially Mrs Maraw what a great Mgr she knows how to treat people and satisfy them . Also house keeping we’re wonderful people and the supervisor Mrs Fifi will make sure your room is great . Security and location are wonderful . I will be back Thanks for good service

Doesn’t deserve the amount they are asking for Poor staff need to be educated . Not clean room.
