凱恩斯ZOO TO YOU HQ - Discovery Centre附近住宿

優點：位置，就在大堡礁碼頭正對面，從餐廳旁邊的門直穿過去就是，可能是離碼頭最近的酒店了。 缺點：1.餐飲，很差很差，第一天去吃的行政酒廊早餐，要啥沒啥，第二天換了下面早餐廳去，環境好很多，食物照樣是要啥沒啥，多個了很難吃的味增湯。完全顛覆我對香格里拉的印象。甚至比我在悉尼住的一家四星級酒店都要差的遠。搞笑的是晚上做夢迴杭州香格里拉自助餐大吃特吃。 2.行政酒廊，有機會不會再選行政房，貴了好幾百，本來想蹭個歡樂時光。結果第一天去已經結束，那也算了，想着喝個飲料就好了。結果工作人員當我們的麪把冰櫃鎖了不給我們喝（裏面也就可樂雪碧啤酒） 我們説不是營業到十點嗎？表示衹能用咖啡機。關鍵前面剛有個歐美客人打開冰櫃拿了個啤酒走，拿完她們就過來當我們麪鎖冰櫃了。沒見過這樣的行政酒廊。 3.房間。不知道怎麼設計的，給我們的房間走了很遠很遠，然後説是地平線濱海景觀，勉強看到點海，景色很差，和別人拍的同房型完全不一樣。房間大而空，乏善可陳。 其他服務也是一般。 大堂沒有歡迎飲料（自助檸檬水那種都沒有），住的俱樂部房連個歡迎水果都沒有。對小孩也沒有額外招呼之類的。退房也沒有人關心入住感受。（悉尼那家四星級沒有特別好，但比這個香格里拉好得多） 總之是住了一家假的香格里拉。

服務：從機場打車Uber22澳幣左右，離機場很近，前台沒有中文服務，不過有個帥小夥亞洲人給辦理的入住，也很耐心，刷Visa卡100澳幣按金，退房時馬上退回到賬，這點兒非常好！五星級酒店服務就是好呀👍 環境：酒店就在海邊🏝️，拉開窗簾看到大海🌊很治癒❤️我們定的大堡礁一日遊，兑換船票的地方就在酒店旁邊走幾分鐘，很是方便！從大堡礁遊玩回來直接走回酒店休息！大堡礁太好玩了，定了4個小時的海上遊玩項目，還深潛🤿看美麗的海底世界，值得來旅遊啊！ 衞生：每天都會來打掃，很乾凈！酒店每層都有接水喝的設施，類似於飲水機吧，特別方便！ 早餐：每天6:30:9:30供應，要提前去排隊，由服務人員安排座位，還給我們安排了中文服務，這點兒很好👍吃的品種很多，美味😋 酒店再往左走有**，還有中國夜市，裏面非常多的中國小吃，味道還算正宗！快去品嚐一下吧！😇😇😇

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .

剛剛在這裏度過了3個美好的一天。自2010年左右以來,我們一直是雅高會員,這是我們住過的最好的雅高客房。我們有一個高級豪華特大牀套房,在6樓享有水景。房間設有陽台,雙人洗手池,獨立衛生間,大浴室,空間很大,種植園百葉窗。特大牀很舒服。酒店樓下的停車場從大堂電梯非常方便,價格非常合理@每天12美元。前台工作人員很友好,樂於助人。客房服務工作人員和商家早餐咖啡廳的工作人員都很棒,特別是Tori和Jamie。商家咖啡廳的食物非常好,但菜單上只有熟食選擇。如果需要,穀物,果汁和酸奶都可以提供。我們更喜歡自助早餐,因爲它可以選擇部分和物品。在抵達時,我們非常感謝冷飲,免費一瓶葡萄酒。我們從悉尼出發的捷星航班改期,到達10.00am,而不是1.30pm。到達爾曼礁後,工作人員優先考慮我們的房間提供服務,並讓我們在11.30am進入我們的房間,而不是在2.00pm正常入住。很棒的服務!謝謝

服務很好，房間設施較新，餐食也不錯。 酒店離乘船服務大廳、碼頭很近（走路6分鐘）。 生活便利，附近有大型超市Woolworth，周圍餐廳也不少。 海景房衹能看到小片海，大部分是對面**和希爾頓的樓景， *視頻為昆蟲，介意勿看 衞生：酒店有較完整的生態圈，有概率可以看到6腳和8腳的小生物。在拿起放在枱面上的物體時有機率看到四散奔逃的大小黑點。 入住期間先是在11樓觀察到母蟑螂產子的盛況，換到9樓後又可以每天觀察到螞蟻覓食等自然景觀。問前台要了除蟲劑也無濟於事，對於一個五星級酒店也是挺難得的。

Crystalbrook Bailey是我的中途停留酒店,所以我沒想到會有閃光等,但是當我到達時,我驚喜地發現這家酒店是多麼美麗和現代。這樣的變化很多老凱恩斯酒店。我感覺自己就像在墨爾本的一家酒店!入住是微風,工作人員很可愛,我在任何時候都在房間裏。整個建築都有很多令人驚歎的現代藝術品,當你到達地板時,發現非常酷。房間很漂亮,足夠住一晚,我可以很容易地呆更長的時間!位置很棒,在市區,靠近esplanade。我一定會再住這裏!

This is definitely a place that is orientated more towards families rather than couples. What was good was the friendly staff throughout the resort, the food and beverage service and the convenient underground parking. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the fifth floor overlooking Cairns city which appears to have been recently upgraded. Room smelt damp on entry and after the first shower it was evident why. It is hard to believe that someone designed the shower so that water flowed directly onto the floor and out into the living area even when you had the least amount of water flow possible. Wee bit of a design flaw I would suggest. Also, when booking a King size bed it would be a good idea to ask guests if they want a second bed in the room along with connecting rooms. I personally have no wish to have connecting rooms unless I am staying as a family. This door along with the front door were not particularly well sealed and you could here plenty of noise from outside and next door. The balcony is marketed as being intimate in yet has one chair and being a connecting room has nothing between you and your neighbours balcony. Hardly intimate. Based on the reviews I am sure this place is perfect for families however, there are better choices for couples elsewhere in Cairns.

很棒的酒店，地理位置特別好，走路去夜市、海灘以及碼頭都特別方便，所處的位置也是鬧中取靜，可以選擇酒店的收費停車，也可以省錢選擇路邊的免費停車，我就選擇了後者。唯一不足的就是房間地確小了點

房間的硬件設施一般般。 大堂和游泳池的景觀還是值得一看。 早餐38刀1位，很普通。 服務有好的也有壞的。 有些前台人員就非常不負責任。 在當地算最好的一家酒店，但和訓練有數，服務質量高的品牌酒店比起來還是有一定差距的。

Be very wary staying here. Not only did they muck our booking up for wrong month , but decided to take money from our credit card and when disputed with the bank they blatantly lied saying I received keys and was there and stayed. They stated the booking was for 2 adults and 2 children which it never was. They also had my name wrong. The manager would not return our phone calls and got to the point where they wouldn’t answer the phone at all. We fought this to the end and eventually won but I have to wonder how many other people this has happened to . Very dodgy
