訪訪客用戶酒店的早餐是西式的，雖然種類不多，但是有蛋有肉有蔬菜，斷奶牛奶果汁咖啡一應俱全。
前台每天都換，但是都年輕帥氣/美麗，待人友好。特別是當我在攜程預訂的庫蘭達雨林被強制取消之後，她們又幫助我在官網預訂成功了，價格還更便宜。距離旅行團的出發地點也很近，步行五分鐘就到。
強烈推薦。

RReaidaiwalvxingdemama三亞的氣候，感覺哪都潮乎乎的。酒店位置優越，去碼頭登船可以從酒店溜達着過去，用不了5分鐘，附近最優位置了。酒店外的停車場最高收費6刀，比酒店停車場好太多了。最重要的是早餐才10刀，可能是和我定的房間有關係，或者是和我的會員有關係，總之這次早餐最便宜，其他的早餐都40。

ZZhuangtai房間很乾淨,牀上有插座,很舒服。旅館前面有一個俱樂部,許多人晚上都在使用它。俱樂部在24:00也很安靜,因此您可以舒適地入睡。

匿匿名用戶我本人都沒有到場就把另一個女孩認為是我check in 了，明明在攜程上付好錢了酒店還説沒有付錢要當場付，為了check in折騰了幾個小時，想要加床被告知衹有家庭房才能加床，但是前期攜程聯繫人員並沒有提到這一點，害的朋友臨時出去再找酒店居住
除了check in，其他都不錯

酒店的內部很乾淨,我能夠非常放鬆。
他們提早入住,反應非常好,但是設施很少,只有一種香皂,洗髮水和小護髮素。
最多7天沒有毛巾更換或便利設施...
我以爲夏天很悶,但我認爲澳大利亞無濟於事,因爲毛巾幾乎沒有變化(以保護缺水和資源)。
我以爲位置離主要地方大約10分鐘,但是嬰兒車距離中々很遠。
我認爲包括酒店工作人員的通信和清潔度在內的一切都很好。

SSam.ushLa ubicación es lo mejor del lugar. No te dejan utilizar las instalaciones hasta la hora del check in, por lo general puedes esperar en el lounge. Las áreas comunes son espaciosas y cómodas. La habitación que me tocó de 8 personas era un caos de cosas, me imagino que se hospedaba gente por long term. Estaría bueno que dividan a los long term de los viajeros casuales.

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.

早餐也不錯，水果牛奶酸奶麥片也有，早餐廳在大陽台上，對面的樹木上鳥兒飛來飛去，特別有意思。

Sshane從飯店步行約 12 分鐘即可到達主要市中心。還不錯，但是來回會很累。非常靠近馬迪遊樂場和咖啡館。
設施很基本，房間乾淨，寬敞。水壓良好。飯店內設有中餐廳，非常方便。

訪訪客用戶我們住的二樓的有陽台的房間還不錯。寬敞明亮，有微波爐，加熱食物方便，雖然地點稍微偏了一點，我們定的日期價格跟合適。如果能定一個3天或者10天的電動滑板車，就可以解決交通不便的問題。前台服務很熱情，整體還滿意。
