金沙海濱度假公寓(Golden Sand Beachfront Accommodation)

We stayed here with our small cavoodle. She was welcome to stay with us in our room which we found very comforting. The room was decorated well in a funky beach way. The bathroom and kitchenette were newly decorated and clean and tidy. The beds we a little soft for ur tastes but we didn't loose sleep. Bonus for the stick library. new is amazing.Situated right on the beach. The hostess is kind and welcoming. Would def stay here again and have recommended to others already.

This is one of my favourite ❤️ place in Newzealand for family stay , you can not beat the place , open your door and 5steps you are in the ocean , absolutely amazing 🤩, we are regulars here. This time specially we came for my son , he had an amazing time. Seven stars 🌟 for the accommodation and lovely host Rosemary.

Such a lovely place to stay right on the beachfront. The unit was just beautifully renovated in a retro style but with a brand new modern bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and immaculately clean. Rosemary was a lovely host really present and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more, just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This seaside apartment was just perfect for us four. So close to the beach, nice touches like a welcome sign on the door, milk and Airplane lollies in the fridge, great bed and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for having us. Oh and the Cable bay store is the nicest burger and chip takeaway!!

Beautiful location looking out on the bay, only a matter of steps to the beach. Great ammenities in the unit, had everything we needed. Lovely and clean. Great base to explore from, bus tour picked us up from the local dairy and we did a trip to Cape Reinga. Excellent communication. Would recommend.

It was beautiful w me and my family had my daughters 3rd birthday and the enjoyed every minute and then relaxed to the sounds of the waves an the beautiful moon it was lovely would definitely do it again everything I needed was there ultra thoughtful.

We had a two night stay in one of the beach front units. The location is amazing as you step off the deck onto the grass and beach. The unit was very well stocked and comfortable with everything you need including a small amount of supplies like cooking oil which was appreciated.The outdoor area was a highlight with deck chairs, BBQ and table and chairs for dining. It's only a 2 minute drive to Coopers beach and also very close to Mangonui.

Stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas couple with adult daughter. Had upstairs apartment and was nice to have a separate bedroom rather than a sofa bed for the 3rd person, and was generally well equipped. Good communication before arrival, though not well signed from road. Weather was poor but we still enjoyed our Christmas Day swim and lovely to walk along the beach with the pohutakawa trees blooming. As BBQ plan rained off, the kitchen was good and cooked a big roast etc instead. Husband caught a number of fishing from the beach / rocks (own rod), while we also enjoyed a day trip to Cape Reinga. Whilst there was a good information pack, I was a little unsure of how to find/protocol for using some of the available extras such as the kayaks, or what was general guest area and what was terrace area for downstairs apartments. Would love to stay again with sunshine!

Wow, What a lovely little spot. A real gem on the beach. Clean, cosy accommodation with everything you need We booked a family unit for 4 of us. The owner Rosemary was so welcoming and friendly. The unit is a stone throw from the ocean and a lovely play area for the kids. A lovely little cafe is 2 min walk away with great coffee and icecream on a hot day. I can not wait to go back.
