We had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel, thanks to the excellent service provided. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout our time there. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of our experience was met with professionalism and friendliness. However, the otherwise tranquil atmosphere was occasionally disrupted by the noise from ongoing construction nearby. While this was certainly unpleasant, it did not overshadow the overall positive impression we had of our stay. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel managed to maintain a high level of comfort and hospitality. Our room was well-appointed and provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the area. The amenities were modern and functional, contributing to a pleasant and relaxing environment. Additionally, the dining options offered delicious meals, further enhancing our overall satisfaction with the stay. In conclusion, while the noise from the construction was a drawback, it was outweighed by the exceptional service and comfort provided by the hotel. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2023 and had a fantastic experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly. We received a warm welcome from them. The room was spacious and very clean. The overall facilities such as breakfast, the pool, and the sauna added more plus points for us. Our Car which was dirty due to the bad condition of the highway was cleaned by one member. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service, convenient location, stylish accommodations, and friendly staff.

Really a good place to stay in bhairawaha. Good and spacious rooms. Customer service is also very good. I didn't face any issue. The staff is friendly. They helped me with the routes and transport also.

Room are clean, tidy and the staff are welcoming and very professional. Closed to all the main tourist attractions. We stayed for few nights with my friend and we had the best time, amazing swimming pool.

Amazing hotel with peaceful environment. Mainly staff are very friendly, specially Mr Hemant Rana and Deepak Thapa their service is very good , keep it up and food is very delicious. I have good experience and enjoy full time.

Great new hotel with excellent customer service. About 25 mins from Maya Palace and 5 mins from airport. Rooms are big and very clean and so are bathrooms. Service is great, very nice staff all around. Don't think twice about booking this great hotel.

Highly recommended. We were well looked after. The rooms were good and clean and the service was excellent. Price was also reasonable. The food at the Tinau restaurant was also awesome. There was nothing to fault. If I am at Bhairahawa again I will definitely be staying here again and will also recommend it to anyone.

New property with very courteous staff. In-house restaurant with room service, Rooms are equipped with all basic amenities, Gym facility as well. Just 5 mins away from Gautam Buddha airport in Bhairawah. Ample space for parking and security.
