Furniture very dated Room smelled like it was a smoking room at one point Electrical issues with light at entry Service was great ratings would be much lower if not for friendly service

Visited and stayed before. Same quality, attitude and service. My go to place in Butler PA.

The staff were kind and welcoming and the room was nice. However, the elevators smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We also had a significant leak coming from around the light in the bathroom ceiling. We had to sop up the water with towels to use the bathroom safely. When we checked out we notified the front desk and were offered nothing for our inconvenience.

Every time I’m in Butler I always stay at this hotel. Staff is great, rooms spacious, handicapped walk in showers, comfortable beds. Close to everything.

Non-smoking room smelled like old smoke. Stains on the comforter and bed sheets smelled dirty. Bathroom clean but floor covered in water after shower. No hot water in the sink. Toaster did not work and there was no hot breakfast items at 8:30 even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 9. Common areas of the hotel were clean. Friendly staff. Lots of traffic noise even though hotel is situated on a mountain above main road. We are in the area a couple of times per year, but will not be back to this property.

Older property but was in good shape. Comfortable and clean room, quick check-in, all that I can ask for.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Pool broke while we were there, so couldn't use it. We were not offered any compensation for the facilities not being available. It was something thay jad been a problem for a while and was not addrrssed until they had to shut it down.

Very nice. I can’t believe we got it for so cheap!
