Could do better . Room and customer service needs improvement . +Forgot my power bank in room only to return for it and be told it wasnt available. This is definately not a good trait . may not be the proprietor's responsibility but at least there should be some form of safe custody of customers and their property while in their premises

Great staff. Angela and her team work around the clock to create experience for people staying. Great place for me as a first timer to Uganda and the continent of Africa. When I come back next year rest assured that I will be returning only to malaki ecolodge

Really beautiful place but unfortunately the rooms need a lot of improvement to warrant the price. The 'eco' branding also seems slightly disingenuous. There's no place to refill water so you have to buy small bottles of plastic water for 3000UGS each time. Staff were lovely.

2nd time visiting here. Love all the wildlife including Monkey's, lizards and plenty of birds. Beautiful flowers.food is good and the place is well run. Felt very welcomed here. Close to the airport a bonus. Will definitely stay here again

We spent 2 nights at this lodge and were delightfully surprised at how beautiful it was. From the lush vegetation to the monkeys all around us and the food was amazing. Only complaint was the washroom situation which was behind a curtain. If they would just put up a wall to allow for more privacy in the family room, this would be a 5 ⭐️ location.

What a delightful experience! To be honest, it was an “alternate” choice for our group- but be quick to announce “It couldn’t have proved to be better!” Greeted by a wonderful hostess at midnight- Angela. Wonderful rooms and accommodations- quaint and most comfortable. Babbling brooks flowing through the property…several bungalow and gathering places and spaces. Wonderful. Staff- Clerkson, Janette, Fiona, Patrick….Carol in the kitchen…..we met them all! As you can see- I’d go back again!!!

It was such a beautiful place! The nature is breath taking and beautiful! We enjoyed seeing live fish, monkeys, birds etc. The swimming pool experience was beautiful with a lot of beautiful privacy! The meals were great and natural, the bon fire is a place to remember for life. The rooms just give you a typical African natural feel However, we would like to make some suggestions. Being an eco- nature themed resort, it will be better to install nets at the windows to hold out insects. Also, being a nature themed resort, it would be nice to install land lines in the rooms to give phones a break! 😂 Then the room clean up service should be reminded to also clean under the beds and behind the beds... Cobwebs easily build up.
