地理位置非常好，很安全，直接在機場裏面，感覺很棒很安全！早上的早餐真的是超級棒，感覺什麼都有！總之，非常適合來這裏轉機或者是第二天的飛機！

This was my first time visiting here. Enjoyed the hospitality and the Lemon herb Chicken was delicious and I wanted to take on the plane back. But I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Johannesburg, Pretoria area. I would recommend this hotel to visit and rest peacefully and take a dip in the outdoor pool.

Perfect for an overnight at the airport. It’s right across from the arrival hall. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The beds were so comfy and we had a great night before an early morning flight. We will definitely stay here again.

好棒的酒店，早中晚都有自助餐而且價格便宜。酒店的班車在巴士站，往租車櫃枱方向走就能找到機場出口。當你一出大門，就會有人上下打量你，千萬別跟他們對眼神和回覆。有事情返回機場內找保安護航，我就是這樣走過斑馬線的。到巴士站會有煤兄上來問你去哪個酒店，別回話，別告訴他，班車就停在巴士站2，3十米的地方，一找就能找到。幫你的煤兄都是要小費的。如果你願意給，就事先準備好小錢，千萬別在別人面前亮皮甲。 來説説酒店的房間，安靜舒適，乾淨得一塵不染，與其給帶路的小費還不如給酒店搞衞生的保潔人員，她們真的很認真地在工作。 早餐豐富，咖啡特別好喝。飲料，水果，多種麪包，紙杯蛋糕非常好吃。放心訂吧，班車的樣子在照片裏，麪包車後面拖了一個黑色的行李車廂。

房間的位置好，距離機場衹有10分鐘，機場班車很方面。從酒店去**步行10分鐘左右，**裏面有很多餐廳且價格親民。就是隔音差一點

是一家非常花哨的酒店,工作人員超級友好,樂於助人,超級乾淨,房間寬敞,有空調,甚至深夜通過客房服務都有吃的喝的。

Was a good stay! Nice sunset view and also a view of the animals right from your doorstep. Helpful staff and the airport shuttle service was very convenient! Would stay here again!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service we received at this hotel. My elderly mother traveled all the way from China to Johannesburg and then to Windhoek, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety. They arranged a seamless pickup upon her arrival and a timely drop-off the following day, which made her feel incredibly supported throughout her journey. She raved about the excellent service, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and accommodating place to stay!

選這裡是因為看中了免費接送機和免費早餐，然而事實上呢，最後一趟接機是晚上11點出發，我11點多到達機場，説夜裡接機就要收費了，我願意出錢，但是卻不能來到達層接我，衹能在汽車站，眾所周知，南非自然一塌糊塗，晚上在路上走被搶的概率非常高！最後我自己花錢打車去他們旅館，發現大門緊閉！旅館位置很偏，晚上連路燈都沒有，黑燈瞎火的，司機又是黑人，大家設身處地想一下，心裏慌不慌？我知道前台晚上11點下班，但是我早就郵件説明：我11點多才落地，12點多才能到，他們明明知道，但仍然沒有留人。等了很久，司機回來，才開門進去。剛開始司機不肯給我房門鑰匙，要我加200蘭特的晚入住的費用，這個費用是我不知道的，之前在攜程下單時沒有告知。第2天為了坐班車去機場，早餐也沒有時間吃。一次並不愉快的入住體驗！
