The room was super clean and it had all the basics and plenty of towels. Parking was perfect, right in front of our room. Very close to the ****** and near a grocery store.

Two ladies at the front desk were so nice, professional, and great people! I have stayed at the hotel three times over the years and the rooms are always clean and nice!

Decent motel like stay with a few quirks (i.e. the heater is very loud, lots of little noises in the small room). Otherwise a worthwhile stay while visiting Burney or Lassen.

Nice location and clean room. The room did lack outlets for charging devices. The only options (for our room #176) was below the light switch as you walked in, behind an entertainment center that needed to be moved for access, or a power ***** behind the bed that we had to pull out. Other than those minor inconveniences, the staff was pleasant and area quiet. I would recommend a clock or night stand light fixture with USB options.

Lots of emails after booking, check-in was fine, room small, shower moldy on bottom with ants. Walls thin, hired help enabled friends to fix their vehicle in the parking lot, Homeless man lives in back and cooks and sleeps on property. No peace and quiet here.

The bed is a mattress on top of a metal frame/box, it made loud sounds every time my feet bumped the metal box, very annoying. Reasonable price, close to Burney Fall.

Cottage style motel rooms in the old fashion roadside travel accommodation tradition from a removed era. Modest property, but conveniently located for our travels. Property is surprisingly quiet. Food choices are limited nearby, with only coffee at the property.

Convenient to lassen national patk and especially burney falls. Rustic, clean, fridge, a million tv channels, quiet time after 10pm. Whats not to love

Great people & service. They arranged late check-in & early check-out. Clean and comfortable rooms in good repair. Green Gables is as advertised; nothing more & nothing less. I recommend this as a very good place to stay.
