We got the renovated room however the shower didn’t have the expected water pressure, it took good 10 minutes to get the hot water running. No heating in the washroom, so we have to keep the door open to have the heating in the room reached the washroom. No vent in the washroom. Requested for a daily housekeeping, I had to call the front desk to ask them again and the housekeeping came to the room later that day and left me with 2 folded sheets on top of my unmade bed. Room was not cleaned. Dining, is another story. We’ve asked if breakfast was still available at that time, we were told by the front desk that yes we can go ahead, we got to the dining, no one to serve us, I met a lady that I assume worked there, just looked at us, no words, we asked for microwave so we can heat up our food, no response, she was just staring at us, we asked for cutlery so we could at least have coffee, again, she wasn’t moving she was just looking at us, when we finally decided to just leave as we are walking towards the front desk, that same lady who was just staring at us, was making a bill for our meal? Seriously, we under if you don’t speak the language, at least attempt to communicate with your paying customers. I promise you I will do my best to understand. Very frustrating of the awful service that we received and to think we often time use this facility each time we’re in the area for a visit. I think it’s time to check the other hotel in the area for next time.
