This Hotel needs renovation!…… have stayed in many lower stared hotels which are cleaner and have more facilities. On arrival girls on reception very unhelpful as there was nowhere to park our large van!……nothing in the rooms telling you about hotel facilities and no WiFi details. Room 0603 looked a bit worn out with halogen bulbs hanging out of ceiling behind door, dirty marks on wallpaper and broken toilet seat! Restaurant and bar closed due to COVID Wasn’t given the option of early breakfast just told 08:30…… would never stay in this Hotel again.

todo perfecto, limpio, arreglado y muy buen trato. está bien situado para conocer lo bonito de Burgos. El personal super atento y muy buenos desayunos de buffet...repetiría sin duda...se aparca bien en la zona porque no tiene parking...

OK hotel, well situated to walk into town. It is a little run down and the rooms are fairly small. The breakfast is above average though and the staff is friendly. Down side is they do not have their own parking so you either park on the street if you can find a spot or in the Plaza Major parking garage which is a 5 minute walk.

我們在這家酒店住了一晚,住的是兩個相鄰的高級客房。我認爲下次我們訪問布爾戈斯時不會回到這家酒店。讓我們從積極的方面開始:員工、位置、早餐、大堂特有的香水。至於令人失望/令人驚訝的要點:全球先進的磨損狀態(敲擊、標記、污漬)、令人驚奇的噪音電梯,有扭曲的小屋、郵票大小的電視、傾斜的洗臉盆,水停滯,一個複合浴缸,讓人擔心開裂噪音,缺少肥皂,走廊的氣溫太高...主要故障仍然是停車場容量太荒謬了酒店不保留停車位,因爲下午6點後拒絕取消房間,以免失去那些沒有足夠的運氣提前到達的客戶,他們在地下室的車庫中有一個空間。我們於晚上8點到達,這一點最令人驚訝的是,我們無法提供的兩個號碼,無法通過電話到達接待處。兩個不同的電話在超過一個小時的時間裏都會自動接到大約10個電話,沒有人接聽,但我們可以聽到接收的背景噪音。我們到的時候前台注意到問題,表示驚訝,但是當時沒有做任何改正。奇怪的...我們肯定對4星酒店期望更多。

我們享受我們在這個卡米諾酒店的小便宜酒店,就在您進入布爾戈斯老區的時候。它距離入口拱門只有幾步之遙。附近有很多酒吧、商店和餐廳。去大教堂的步行距離前門左側只有幾百英尺。房間功能齊全,有套間浴室。每間客房還配有電視供您使用。想出如何在你想看的節目中用母語表達自己的想法總是很有趣的,有美味的早餐供任何想吃的人享用。老闆和他的員工在過去四年裏對我們一直非常有幫助。我相信明年我們第六次卡米諾客機上,我們還會在這裏。

Spotlessly clean hotel in the Center of the city with friendly service from reception and the house staff. Very quirky hotel just a minute or two walk from the old town with its plethora of bars and restaurants and fantastic architecture. Art Deco reception and hallways and similar in the rooms. Very secure underground car park just a few meters from the hotel with spaces dedicated to hotel residents. Unfortunately no lift in the car park and it’s 3 flights of stairs to street level. Would definitely stay here again. On a separate note if you want a drink in a friendly little bar the Taverner Celtic Center is just a short walk away.

¿Quieren que cuente? Pues cuento. Posiblemente de los peores hoteles en los que me haya alojado. Para empezar no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. De imaginan Burgos en pleno verano? Fue una experiencia similar a la tortura de un mártir: asados como San Lorenzo a la parrilla. Para suplir había un aire acondicionado portátil ensordecedor y por tanto inútil. Opción: abrir la ventana para disfrutar del fresco nocturno mesetario. Segunda tortura: asaetados cual san Sebastianes por los mosquitos y el chunda chunda de una discoteca cercana. Tercera tortura: la cama. Colchón obsoleto y almohadas sacadas de una cantera de piedra cercana. Y para finalizar para duch**** hay que ser funambulista: la alcachofa muy mona para una casa particular pero poco práctica para un hotel. Y cuidado las personas mayores con la altura de la bañera porque es peligrosa. Conclusión: creo que hubiéramos dormido mejor en una tienda de campaña a la sombra de las piedras catedralicias. Como aspecto positivo: está céntrico y el wifi funciona bien. No volvería ni a tiros.

My name is Jordi A. and I have enjoyed this terrific hotel for 4 days. If you have decided to visit Burgos I heartly recommend you this hotel. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional and I don´t forget the waiters and waitresses that say a sweet good morning when you enter to the breakfast room. They behaved very well with me and one them offered me very friendly a cup of chocolate with ” churros ”. The room was perfect, neither big nor small. The bed was big and comfortable and there wasn´t a noise that could disturb my sweet dreams. I don´t know if I will come back to Burgos but if I go I will pretty sure choose NH Collection Palacio de Burgos again. I wanted to write this review in Catalan, my mother tongue language, but I have seen that it is impossible with Trip Advisor so I have decide to write it in English.
