Great location customer service was impeccable, good views, smart tv with netflix, free wifi, clean and tidy rooms 👌

Stayed here for the weekend it’s clean and tidy, staff are great didn’t need them all that much! Hotel is way out of the city, 51 tram stops in fact (right out front of hotel)but very convenient to get in & out to the city. Plenty of eateries around the hotel and the big DFO Essendon is 10mins away by car. It was reasonable priced for Melbourne so all in all I’m recommending this hotel Peter- Adelaide SA

Apar**ent although very small and bed extremely uncomfortable, was clean and modern. Booking in was fine and easy although I was sent a message to say I would be contacted to arrange parking ect, this didn’t happen and by the time I contacted them was told no spots remaining and to park down the road at red roaster. Next morning went and arranged parking which we paid but we got stuck trying to enter because it wasn’t added to our key. Went to reception at 4.30 to get clean towels and some coffee only to find it closed early but the girl at reception was locked away behind a closed door and when I finally found her was told to go get my own and coffee is an extra charge. Only get two for two people two nights Not at all a great experience for the price you pay

Clean, comfortable and with nice products (quality shampoo, eco washing powder etc). Big TV, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine a bonus. Well managed, friendly staff and a location with lots of restaurants, supermarket and more moments away. perfecf stay, recommend!

1. Not happy with Punthill charged us extra for setting up the sofa bed when I booked for 2 adults with 1 child with ******* already. 2. The guy at check in was very helpful and pleasant. 3. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The unit we had only got high windows so couldn’t see out at all from the living room. 4. May be more kitchen utensils and some bread knifes etc. Everything else is great. 5. Handy location for food and free off street parking across the street.

This is a small establishment, but takes no shortcuts in both ammenities and service. My room was extremely comfortable and everything was clearly new and of quality. Daily servicing was first rate, and within a few minutes walk there is a thriving array of restaurants that would cover even the most fussy and limited diner.

Disappointing... the room barely got cleaned. In the week I was there it only got cleaned once and that was the night we put up a do not disturb sign on the door, and the house keeper still came into the room and cleaned while we were sleeping in the next room. Which is such an invasion of privacy. Cleanliness is terrible. My partner is still there and his room barely gets cleaned, once again, when there is a do not disturb sign on the door they'll come in and do it which is really unacceptable.

I had a lovely stay here. Kind, professional and helpful staff, everything I needed and more from a comfy bed to a gym, fully equipped kitchen and options to purchase a brekky box. Very comfortable and new high quality room for a good price. Highly recommend. Helps to be a member to get the best deals.
