迷諾瑞-噶倫飯店(Minorai-Kalon Hotel)

Centrale, nei pressi della Madrasa Mir-i-Arab, ottima location per visitare la città vecchia. Pulito, ottima accoglienza, molto cortesi. Camera ampia, letto grande, bagno discreto, ci sono tv, a/c, cassetta sicurezza. Colazione discreta a buffet. Ristorante in terrazza, con bella vista sulla città. Si sta bene e si mangia più che discretamente.

partiamo dal presupposto che si mangia bene...capitiamo per caso sulla via di ritorno verso il nostro hotel dopo una pessima cena... saliamo, e prenotiamo per la sera successiva un tavolo in una saletta semi aperta sulla terrazza (a fine agosto iniziava a fare fresco la sera).. torniamo il giorno dopo, il capo sala con cui avevamo parlato si scusa e ci dice che la sala è occupata da una famiglia molto numerosa (ovviamente loro hanno i soldi, voi pezzenti andatevene)...dopo mille scuse accettiamo di andare a bere una cosa con la promessa che dopo un'ora ci avrebbero dato il tavolo e una bottiglia di vino offerto... così "fortunatamente" succede, quindi torniamo e ci sediamo all'aperto (non nella sala promessa)...ci servono dei bicchieri di vino già scaraffati in quanto non era ben visto dalla famiglia che occupava l'intera zona della terrazza...altra cosa ipocrita in un paese non proprio così rispettoso della religione...lasciano andare via la famiglia prima di venire a prendere le ordinazioni (personale molto giovane e purtroppo impreparato, dovremo spesso richiedere i piatti più volte)...nel frattempo ci spostiamo nella sala semicoperta che ci era stata promessa... dei piatti ordinati, tutti davvero ottimi, mancava un piatto di somsa...il tempo passa e siamo a fine pasto, decidiamo quindi di non richiederli... nel frattempo arrivano dei signori che si siedono a un tavolo poco distante...praticamente siamo rimasti noi e loro nel ristorante... al nostro tavolo arriva una shisha...rimaniamo perplessi, ma tra noi pensiamo, ce l'avranno offerta per scusarsi....a un certo punto arriva il capo sala dicendoci che la shisha non era per noi...noi basiti per l'ennesimo ****** combinato dal personale di sala...successivamente arriva una shisha per l'altro tavolo, quindi realizziamo che era per loro... andiamo infine a pagare consapevoli che il conto sbagliato...nel conto troviamo il piatto di somsa mai arrivato, la shisha 140000 som e un bicchiere di vino 140000 som (il restante vino della bottiglia offerta che ci hanno portato praticamente a cena finita)...dopo un acceso diverbio rimostriamo il fatto che il personale non fosse stato all'altezza e ci rifiutiamo di pagare quello che non dovevamo pagare (dopo varie situazioni simili in tutto il Paese eravamo stufi di farci prendere in giro)...ce ne andiamo dopo aver pagato solo quello che era arrivato al tavolo. peccato, ennesima situazione di disagio . il giudizio finale è una via di mezzo tra il cibo, davvero buono, e la disorganizzazione del personale

Ci siamo goduti la cena sulla terrazza di questo hotel con vista spettacolare sulla città vecchia, notevole. Buona la qualità del cibo e buono il servizio. Percorso un po’ accidentato per arrivarci, pavimentazione rotta e illuminazione quasi inesistente, ma ne vale la pena

Впечатления от Невероятно красивого места было испорчено персоналом отеля. Были 2 раза. Отвратительное обслуживание: Первый раз от того как сели и до того как принесли напитки прошло около 30 минут. Второй раз около часа. Во время второго посещения персонал просил пересесть 2 раза: первый раз в угол, но все еще с видом, второй раз в центр террасы! Просто потому что пришла группа людей, человек 10 и они их решили посадить вместе просто пересадив нас за столик без вида! Как? Эти люди не бронировали стол, я слышал как они об этом сказали персоналу! Это нормально?

Not the swankiest hotel we stayed in on a group tour, but the most pleasant. Superb location, just minutes from – and with views towards – the Poi Kalon in the centre of Bukhara. A clean and well-appointed room – although, like most rooms, it only overlooked an internal courtyard. Our group meal on the rooftop terrace was good (although some of those returning individually on a different evening were less complimentary). A very good breakfast with the pastries, etc on offer changing from day to day. All the staff – in reception, the breakfast room and the restaurant – were very friendly and helpful.

Great location just next to the minorai, on the rooftop you can have the best view ever, worth mentioning, it was a chill windy evening and the hotel manager didn’t reject us even the balcony was not yet fully open, nicely served us hot tea, definitely a great stay!!! 地理位置绝佳，顶楼阳台在周围一片是最高之一，正对着宣礼塔所以是拍日出日落的最佳地点，酒店经理很nice，虽然当时正值斋月餐馆都没开，但他还是没有拒绝我们上楼，因为天凉特地提供了热茶和茶点，总之非常愉快的体验！

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel as part of a group tour. It has an excellent location overlooking the Kalon mosque and minaret in Bukhara and easy walking distance of all main tourist attractions (and the many tempting shops - yes, I came back with a rug in my bag!). The rooms are a reasonable size and satisfactory although the view was over the courtyard. Breakfast was also satisfactory. The restaurant on the roof is great: very friendly staff, good food, great view especially when the historic buildings are lit up at night. They'll serve drinks as well as meals. Not to be missed. So, accommodation was just comfortable but the location and roof restaurant are excellent.

Great location overlooking the famous tall minaret particularly from their third floor veranda. Easy walking to the main street & attractions. But it is a pretty basic hotel. Rooms are clean, I had two single beds. The bathroom has a shower / bath that leaks onto the floor. There is hot water but not much of a water flow. The TV has a couple of English news channels. The wifi in the hotel is just dreadful, slow and unstable and annoying. There are lots of stair & no lift. The general decor is pretty bland & uninteresting except for the colourful dome in the lobby. The staff don’t seem to care very much either. Breakfast was included which was okay but nothing special & the hot dishes weren’t hot. Overall a bland and uninspiring hotel.

A delightful hotel a stone's throw from the Kalon Minaret, with wonderful views over Poi Kalon square and the old town from the rooftop restaurant. It must be the best located hotel in Bukhara. My room, on the ground floor, was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. I had dinner on the rooftop restaurant on 2 of the 3 nights that I stayed there. The food was delicious. The staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous.
