Thank you for the extra touch of service! Would appreciated if we were informed about the swimming pool which was undergoing refurbishment when we were there.

Pebbles Resort has a lot of positives but also some areas for improvement. Location: The location is excellent. It’s situated near a bus stop where you can catch buses to almost every route in Malta. Buses are frequent and cost only €2 for a two-hour ride. The square is a short six-minute walk, offering plenty of food options. Beaches are just a quick bus ride away, and ferries are also easily accessible. Hotel Facilities: The hotel has two pools: an outdoor one and a warm indoor pool. The indoor pool is very comfortable, but the hot tub was disappointing—colder than the pool and with jets that only work for 30 seconds at a time, requiring constant button-pressing. The towels provided for pool use are old and could use an upgrade. The gym is small and often busy, so timing is key if you want to work out. Food: The food was surprisingly fresh and delicious. Unlike many hotel buffets, the staff at Pebbles Resort rotates trays frequently, ensuring the food is both fresh and appealing. However, the buffet and à la carte menus are separate, which was disappointing. I couldn’t try items like cheesecake or creamed chicken from the buffet during à la carte dining. Rooms: The room itself was nice, with some standout features like the television built into the mirror. The balcony was a good size, but my stay was marred by a neighbor plucking cigarette ashes over their balcony instead of using the ashtray provided. Additionally, the refrigerator never got cold, which was inconvenient as there are no ice buckets in the rooms, forcing me to go to the bar for ice. Service: Service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. Despite being the only ones waiting, the staff couldn’t expedite the process, leaving my daughter to fall asleep on the lobby couch—a completely embarrassing experience. The hotel also lacks luggage carts and staff to assist with heavy luggage, which is especially frustrating when traveling with kids and a lot of bags. Conclusion: While Pebbles Resort offers a fantastic location, good food, and decent facilities, it falls short in service and attention to detail. Small improvements, like better towels, functional hot tubs, luggage assistance, and quicker room readiness, could elevate the experience significantly. Rating: 3.5/5

總體來說酒店還不錯~~早餐還可以，房間也可以！工作人員很親切哈哈我們因為累了沒能去泳池，不過泳池的氣氛很好，歌曲不斷傳出，很刺激~~周邊的基礎設施有點差，但是去別的地方也很方便，很滿意。做吧~

Hôtel propre,un peu vieillot, mais pour le prix c'est très bien, personnels souriant, petit déjeuner simple,mais qui fait l'affaire, petite piscine agréable

我獨自前往馬耳他，並選擇了 Primera Hotel 作為馬耳他最便宜的選擇之一。原則上，旅遊指南顯示最好的住宿地點是瓦萊塔，但我不會證實這一點，因為從聖保羅灣到瓦萊塔需要1小時，到戈佐島的渡輪需要1小時，到戈佐島需要半小時。像藍洞這樣的遊覽活動只能經過瓦萊塔，搭乘巴士需要 2 小時才能到達。但是，您可以將其與經過瓦萊塔的旅行路線結合起來，或作為機場前的最後一個地點。 飯店很乾淨，房間設施齊全，可以在現場預訂早餐，價格為 8 歐元，有點英式風味，但每個人都能找到適合自己的東西。作為素食主義者，唯一困難的是能夠吃的不僅僅是水果和麵包。

Un lugar muy confortable, puedes contar con todo lo que necesites para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, la.comida es buena y el servicio es genial, la limpieza está bien.

Overrated hotel in simple words. The staff is great at the hotel and very helpful (except the lady on tour desk who was very rude) but the hotel needs an upgrade throughout. Breakfast was good as you would expect . The rooms were large (side sea view room), but the bathroom was very odd with no shower screen meaning you flood the entire bathroom when taking a shower. In this hotel, the temp control of the room can only blow hot air or cold air at any time meaning the guest could not climate control in the room which was bizarre. It was warm during the day but the system was set to hit air for nights to the airport would not work to cool the room ;(. We were left with the fans to help ourselves. The Sauna and steam room never reached appropriate temperature in the 3 days while we where there. There were other cheaper options with similar facilities but I booked this hotel due to rating and left very disappointed. Parking is small and got full in off peak season in December. Not sure how they manage in summer. The lady on tours desks only wanted to sell anything we asked but not guiding us - it was 25 kmph winds and she said you should go for the blue lagoon trip even though other local agents said not to go as it will be bad experience. When we asked about the bus to Valletta, she insisted on open top bus even though I told her we just want to explore Valletta for entire day. I would have expected hotel staff to be guiding guest with their local knowledge rather than forcefully selling something.

新的結構，沒什麼好抱怨的。服務：酒吧冰箱是空的，連一瓶水都沒有，浴室禮賓包☹️根本不存在，拖鞋更不用說了。如果他們繼續這種悲慘的政策，在花了一大筆錢住了高級海景房之後，我會期待更多的服務。很棒的早餐。
