Estuve alojada 1 día con mis hijos. Es un hotel que hace 20 años pertenecía a una cadena internacional y era muy bueno. Ahora se quedó en el tiempo. Cortinas, acolchados, alfombras, muebles.. todo muy lúgubre y triste. Poca luz. La habitación era grande, la cama king, eran 2 individuales unidas. La tercera cama tenía el colchón hundido. No habían mesitas de luz. El baño grande y el secador de pelo roto. Había una pava eléctrica con 3 tes. El desayuno se sirve en un salón muy ruidoso, con mucha gente. No me pareció muy bueno. Nunca vi el jamón y el queso que lo sirvan en cuadraditos tipo picada en vez de fetas para un desayuno. En el hall hay mucha gente, no me dieron ganas de quedarme. Rescato como positivo la buena predisposición del personal. Si bien es un hotel económico, y por el valor no se le puede exigir mucho, buscaría otras opciones.

Solo recato la vista de la habitación. Desayuno muyyy pobre, sin dulce leche y manteca, en Argentina eso no existe. Para estar en las mesas del lobby tenes que consumir algo sino te sacan, ese fue mi caso. Nunca me había pasado eso. Decepción!

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, el baño también amplio y con todos los amenities. Excelente la limpieza diaria de la misma. El desayuno abundante y exquisito. Tomamos un régimen de pensión completa, muy buen menú, completo y abundante. La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento, siempre bien predispuesto a resolver cualquier inquietud o necesidad. Ubicación excelente. Volvería sin dudas.

De 4 estrellas solo el precio, Pesima mi estadia en este hotel. El personal de limpieza retiro una bolsa con ropa de mis hijos de la habitación y no se hicieron responsables. Me tuvieron por semanas llamando a la recepción intentando obtener una respuesta respecto al grave hecho de inseguridad que sufri durante mi estadía y nunca me dieron una solución. Lamentablemente yo tenia que volver a mi hogar porque tenia un viaje de 700 km por delante por lo cual no pude permanecer en el lugar hasta obtener una solución.

viajamos con mi esposa y los chicos (8años) la primer semana de febrero, de paso un día camino a la Costa Atlántica. Elegimos hotel por su ubicación, para llevar chicos a conocer el Museo de los niños. Dia de mucho calor!! lobby era un horno, puertas abiertas al calle Corriente y a su característico ruido infernal!! Habitación: bastante amplia, limpia, pero con mobiliario, cortinas y cubrecamas de otra época (viejos) lo cual le da mal aspecto a la habitación. Baño: amplio, limpio, con bañera hidromasajes también amplia, pero con cortina de plástico (no mampara) cuando uno se duchaba se mojaba todo el piso. Desayuno: muy poca variedad de opciones, mas bien un desayuno común, NO un desayuno de hotel 5 estrellas, las bandejas se vaciaban rápidamente (había muchos huéspedes, mayoría extranjeros) y las camareras demoraban en reponer los alimentos (mas ocupadas en charlar entre ellas detrás de la barra) Piscina: solo fui a ver como era, muy chica e inapropiada para hotel categoria, con el calor que hacia, conté 12 personas adentro y la verdad que no había lugar para ninguna mas. Check out: nos demoraron una eternidad!! y nos cobraron la cochera, lo cual no nos habían avisado antes. Los empleados se ve que trabajan a desgano, cero emoción!!! La verdad, que no es mas un hotel 5 estrellas!! con suerte es un 3 estrellas, solo le queda el recuerdo de un pasado mejor una verdadera lastima.

Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit.

Rude staff, mold in the bathroom, moth eaten curtains. How this hotel can claim a four star rating is beyond me! I had to change my room twice to get a room that was even half decent. The hotel is also situated on a main road and was extremely noisy. Never again!
