This was my 4 month old daughter’s first trip so nevertheless to say I was stressed but everyone made sure that they did everything to make our stay very very comfortable. Each day at the breakfast, the staff made sure we got a good table for our kid. Sajana always greeted our lil one with her name, other staff including Rohit, Rishma, Jhapad, Bikash ans Amisha went above their way to mlake sure everything was great. During the cocktails hours, Tara was amazing. In the lobby bar, subash was terrific. He even heated my food twice to make sure everything was to my taste. Cant wait to come back again
I had a great stay at this hidden gem in Thamel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the vibrant city. The hotel's strategic location in a quiet corner of Thamel ensured a peaceful atmosphere, offering a perfect balance to the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Highly recommend for a memorable and relaxing stay.
Everything was just perfect! Had I known this hotel earlier, I kist have been stayed longer. The buffet food was exceptional. The service they gave was outstanding. I had a problem with my bath tub and fridge but both were solved quickly.
Location is exceptional. In less than a minute, you’ll find numerous souvenir shops and restaurants. You can even walk to Durbar Square and Monkey Temple like what I did!
My room with the bathtub and balcony was supra relaxing, the bed was ultra comfy. The garden cafe is a plus. Will definitely book here again. Highly recommended!
Amazing stay at Hotel Pabera Boutique, All staff is super friendly The staff is wonderful! Very welcoming upon arrival and throughout the whole stay. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. 7 floor have swimming it is wonderful ,very near to walk slipping god Bishnu ,While the hotel charges an amenity fee, I felt that it was actually worth it given what is included , room was very clean and comfortable , WIFI very strong . Hotel manager Pardip so helpful, Thank you and we will be back! Cheers!
訪訪客用戶I stayed one night in this resort the area is very nice peaceful I like the room and breakfast. Sadly I am sorry to say the customer service in this hotel is ZERO!! Check in process was hassle staff did not gave me any hotel orientation since this resort is in big area orientation is most important. Letter manager came and escorted me to the room he was very nice. I order a glass of milk for my baby the cost was like too expensive as if I ordered Gold plated milk. I called reception for the breakfast timing the lady on the phone sound so rude!! During check out they did not even asked how was my stay was, the lady sitting on guest relation did not even smile at last I said thank you to all but no reply from anyone.!! It is very Sad that KGH group is that bad??? I’ve never thought of that. Management really need to look in to this matter their staff required Hospitality Training.
