Location and the ambiences of the hotel was perfect! Since there was a conference going on, our rooms were not allocated as per booked. The first few hours of getting the right room was a hassle. But after sometime they managed a nice room for us even though I didn't get the cottage room as booked. Overall, good!

I definetly love the place cause i like to get waken up by birds singing , the silence of trees and obviously the greens around . service was fast and reliable . yeah will stay there the next time as well

I had a lovely experience during my stay at park village resort. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming and very friendly. Special thanks to Samprada who truly went above and beyond taking care of me with such kindness. I especially appreciated how calm and relaxing the atmosphere felt throughout the property. Whether I was enjoying breakfast, unwinding in my room or simply passing through the gardens- everything felt smooth and well cared for. Overall, it was a stay that exceeded my expectations and I’d happily return again!

It's a perfect place for business, meeting and many things. Big area and big place for everything. Nice food,nice place for all to visit Really had a great time and great enjoyment. Good staffs, good place for food and beverage. I recommend every one to visit this place Park Village Resort

The resort is set in a perfect location, away from the noise and crowds of the city. It’s an ideal choice for those who value nature and peace over luxury. However, the food is highly overpriced, and the service from the staff was quite disappointing.

I found the experience truly exceptional, from the palatial heritage architecture to the impeccable service and luxurious amenities. GRIM. Rooms very spacious but dirty and badly equipped. Our room, or should I say our suite, was large with 2 bedrooms, a good size lounge and a large kitchen. That's the best. Sadly the worst was grim. The hotel appears to have last been decorated or upgraded in the 1970's. The main bedroom was spacious. There was a further bedroom that was of a good size but had no furniture, no bed etc. The kitchen was also spacious however the cupboards were bare despite there being plenty of space. No fridge, no cooking facilities, no kitchen equipment ie. cutlery or crockery. To be honest it was just dirty and we were with a group of people who found the same standards in their accommodation too. The staff were professional but sadly not friendly or welcoming. Happily the staff did find a fridge and deliver it to our room. This hotel has great potential but fails to deliver. Food ok. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

I want a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city so, i choose park village resort because it's surrounded my full of nature and greenery made my soul peace and relax. I like the natural environment of this resort. food was yummy and delicious .staff are very friendly. thank you everyone for making my stay memorable.
