Nice room and friendly staff. Nice food at the pub and the stay included a free drink so bonus points for that!

After hours number rang out for close to 2 hours, we were left stranded. No note to direct people to bar for check in. Manager offered no apology or empathy, just an excuse of being busy in the bar. Had people walking past room to pub and car park so really noisy. Room itself clean and bed comfy so if you check in during business hours and can sleep through noise, an affordable option.

Reasonable sized rooms. Had two issues , it's a shared backyard with other rooms , hence privacy issues . Baby looking roaches starting crawling near to the area where you store your luggages and also on the desk. This was the room on the ground floor.

Clean room, comfortable bed and close to many dining options. It’s set back from the main road so traffic noise wasn’t an issue, however, my room was close to the outdoor area for the sports bar so could hear noisy Friday night patrons, even with the patio doors closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The reception person was very friendly and informative - the bed was extremely comfortable and I like that the water in the fridge and milk are both complimentary. Great stay there. Will be back

Smoke alarms went off in other rooms and outside and in our room at 11pm each night The path out side the room door was used all night to access the car park Won't go there again

Close to amenities and good food and bar in walking distance but rooms backed onto a boat repair hardstand area, pool was old and not clean so did not use.

We loved the proximity to the Kawana Shopping Centre (4 mins walk), the food was excellent in the restaurant on the premises, and staff were very helpful and friendly, esp the waitress who served us - she used her initiative and brought an extra dessert spoon so my hubby n I could share one dessert :-). Something to be said for the more mature staff members here!!!
