We stayed in January (2 couples) we booked for 3 nights but after the late arrival and cold light of day we decided to move. We booked through *********** and to be fair we felt the pictures were misleading. The issues for my party with the apartment was the noise from the traffic outside - our apartment faced the main ring road and traffic was constant with poor sound insulation. Beds were old, tatty and some with slats missing. Poor electrics and lighting, bathrooms were small dingy and one had a terrible smell. Seating uncomfortable, no clothes hanging space - the list continue. We didn’t inform the host until we left. We didn’t want to spend our short stay waiting around for things to be put right - they should get the basics right which in our opinion they didn’t. The positive is that communication with the host prior to our stay was good and the transfer driver excellent without him we would have struggled finding the key and the apartment in the dark upon our arrival

Absolutely shocking. No working aircon in mid summer. Apartment dirty and smells awful. Complaint not dealt with by key holders or on return home by ***********. I will never book with them again as they take no responsibility. I really was shocked to find this out. And so we all had to move around the corner to the wonderful carat hotel. Like night and day. No refund so we had to pay for 2 places. Budapest is wonderful but I would recommend booking Carat Hotel or any hotel.

Not as bright and cheery as seen in advertising photos. Two extra beds crammed in two of the bedrooms. See photos. Had to ask for extra pillows, one per person! No kettle in adjacent apartment as it was not working. Dark and dirty hall entrance. Not very inviting. Sad really as position in Budapest perfect.

THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION ARE FRAUDSTER OR TOTALY INCOMPETENT. after booking the accommodation they left us with no place to stay, they funny show up to face us and explain and they didn’t even tried to find us a new location, after they took our money! BE CAREFUL THEY TOTALLY GET INCOMPETENT.

Katastrophaler Vermieter. Storniert einem während des Aufenthalts bei einer Beschwerde. Die Adresse war falsch bei der Buchung, 2 Handtücher für 4 Gäste, Beschreibung der Apartments war nicht korrekt.
