They placed a $250 hold “deposit” on my card for incidentals on top of the nightly rate. I travel every single week for work and I have never heard of a $250 hold. It’s usually around $50, $100 for 4 star or above. It’s located in the most random area and does not feel safe. I only stayed here so I could fly out of Trenton airport which it was a good location for that. Parking lot felt very unsafe so if you are a solo traveler beware

We had just checked in from going to a wedding, my wife had registered on line, so when arriving I ran in to check in and the front desk clerk would not allow me to do so. My wife then came in to register and was billed again. We came down at 930 for breakfast with fire alarms going off, fire depar**ent was there, no communication from management or the fire depar**ent as to evacuate or not. Four days after our stay the second charge was still on my card, I called hotel and they said it would be taken care of in 3-5 days. Everything was good except front desk .

I was good and ready to give this hotel a 5 star review, but their greed for money ruined it for me. Beware of the hefty mandatory $250 deposit they can keep for whatever reason they claim. I literally only stood one night with my husband, MIL, and two small children. We checked in 9:30PM and checked out 10:30 next morning. Not even a full 24 hour stay for $238. But fine, at least we got to enjoy Sesame place. Almost two weeks later I am reviewing my credit card statement to see I was never refunded my deposit. I called the hotel, manager wasn’t there but a staff member informed me that they kept the $250 due to a “strong odor”. I was told to call back another time to reach management for an explanation. They absolutely should have emailed or called to inform me of their intent on not returning my deposit. But instead found some fabricated reason just to not return my deposit. How could I possibly leave in odor to a suite that already smelled extremely musty on arrival?! How SNEAKY on managements part. A whopping $500 in total for one night of sleeping there. Will never recommend this place.

We had a family road trip and visited 5 hotels in a row but this one was the top of the top! As soon as we entered the aroma in the lobby, bottle of water and cookies to welcome you, coffee and hot chocolate 24/7..... You guys rock! Shout-out to Monica! She is awesome 👍

Excellent service. Was very well taken care of by a staff member when the TV report did not work. She tried everything, new batteries, new remote...but could not get it. She offered to move my room. She even brought up the key to the new room. She must have made four trips to the desk back up to the room on my behalf. It was a silly thing (the remote), but her willingness to please were well noted.

Three night stay was comfortable and convenient to family living near by. A/C unit was VERY noisy, constantly turning on and off. We found that if we left the fan on continuously it wasn’t as disruptive but still noisy. Bring your earplugs! Breakfast was popular and always busy. Staff did a good job keeping it stocked. Each day was a different egg and meat offering-sausage, turkey sausage, bacon; western omelette, cheese omelette, scrambled eggs. Cereal, waffles, muffins, etc were offered each day too. Staff was friendly. Other guests enjoyed the outdoor pool. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet and location was just off the highway. Dunkin Donuts right next door!

The cons: First room stunk like a rotting diaper. Thankfully they had another room available to put us in but the condition of the room was disappointing. No blackout shades and the room faced east so sunlight came in early in the morning. The curtains were stained. A drawer was missing in the sink area. The toilet clogged multiple times. The pros: Peloton bike in the gym, next to a Dunkin, right off the highway, breakfast was good

Honestly I’m highly disappointed with the conditions of the room. Absolutely unbelievable. We immediately brought several issues to the attention of hotel staff, someone who identified himself as a manager. I asked them to come up to the room and was told that they could not. As the days went by we uncovered even more problems with the room. The heat/ac unit in the living room area did not work. The kitchen area had an unidentifiable stench. We had to purchase several plug-ins and that did not help. The bedroom lock was broken. We had an issue with the toilet the very first night and thereafter, that necessitated us to hold a plunger for several days. When we turned the whirlpool on it appeared as if there was a leak behind the wall. The bedroom shade was broken. Wallpaper was either crumbling or peeling off the wall. The only resolution from the hotel manager was a change of rooms. We would have been downgraded and that was also unacceptable as I payed close to $1000.00. The room being offered was several hundred dollars less and smaller with no whirlpool. At that point we did not want to ruin our vacation, we just stayed out of the room as much as possible and only came back when it was time to sleep. This room should be removed from being booked via *******. 216 is definitely not in the same condition as the king suite with a whirlpool being advertised on *******. Hilton this is a huge disappoin**ent. If you book in this hotel PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT GIVEN THIS ROOM.
