I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Continental in Bucharest for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was not only extra helpful but also exceptionally professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the outset. The level of service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their efficiency and genuine friendliness made me feel like a valued guest throughout. The accommodations were superb, blending modern amenities with classic elegance. The well-appointed room and exceptionally comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep after busy days of business meetings. The hotel's central location in Bucharest was a significant plus, allowing easy navigation to key business districts and cultural attractions. This made my business trip both productive and enjoyable. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with a variety of options and delicious cuisine. The restaurant's ambiance added to the overall experience, creating memorable dining moments. In conclusion, the Grand Hotel Continental exceeded expectations in every aspect. The facility apparently dates from 1828 and is beautifully maintained. Outstanding customer service. Desk staff, particularly Mihail and Wahleed: superlative. Bistro staff Robert and Andrew kind, prompt, and very helpful. Breakfast room staff, particularly Julius and Mahela, superior in every way. I look forward to returning. While the property is highly rated, the service is virtually non-existent. When asked to order a cab, we were told to go outside and use uber. No one knew where the restaurants are or where the breakfast is, until we started interrogating the front desk staff

This hotel is over the top amazing. Beautiful!!! Such a nice touch to arrive so late and think you have to leave the hotel to find something to eat and instead there is a huge fruit basket and a bottle of wine waiting. The bed and bedding were excellent and comfortable. Two staff members went overboard to help me out when my ride didn't show up. I am disabled (not in a wheelchair) but still could walk to most everything I wanted to see in the city from the hotel. The hotel and the city felt very safe for a solo female traveler.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Rooms are beautiful, location is great, metro line very close. Had a good night sleep. Staff is great and was very helpful. The room upgrade was great. Definitely going back. Thank you.

The rooms in this hotel are really beautiful. However, the bathroom is very modern and very poorly designed. It definitely doesn’t go with the rest of the hotel, which was lovely. The location is very convenient to old town, and the breakfast buffet was great.
