The newly remodeled 1955 home has original hardwood floors, a large fenced yard, and high-speed Wi-Fi in a quiet, developed neighborhood. It is also only 2 miles from A&M and the best food and excitement in BCS. This house is a beautiful guest home set up for rentals year-round. You won't feel like you are intruding on anyone's space. It has everything you need, things you forget, and several things you will enjoy! Enjoy exploring and creating your best cup of coffee using our coffee bar. It offers a drip pot, single-cup Keurig, a Nespresso machine, and assorted syrups and creamers to guarantee a delicious cup of Joe.For our smaller guests, there is a pack-n-play, highchair, kids' plates, cups, utensils, toys, and books for all ages.
