The hotel seems poorly marked. It does not have a convenient loading/unloading area at the front like most hotels. The front desk looks makeshift. The room lighting is terrible in the bathroom, only dim lighting. No lock on bedroom doors. And the hotel smells either musty or overwhelming baby powder. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay.

The property is being renovated and under construction. Half the building is unavailable for use and I would not have planned a stay if I had prior notification to such issues. I ended up with a nonrefundable stay and ended up having to use the stay and am uncertain why the renovation is being run in such a way to upset staying guest with noise and the inconvenience of places to eat in house being closed.

Rooms were very out dated. The door to the room had about a 2 in gap under the door. Anyone could look in to see us changing. Head boards were peeling onto our pillows and all over us. For what we paid it should not have been this terrible. Very disappointed in this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, but we didn’t have hot or even warm water in the shower or sink. We all had to take cold showers.

Some areas are being remodeled. Breakfast was served at a ballroom. Rooms are adequate but a little outdated compared to the lobby area. Wish the place had a bar downstairs

The hotel lobby was good and deceiving the rooms were OLD and smell old… the bed backboard pilling …. Pretty BAD
They need to renovate ASAP
Beds OLD and not comfortable and they are Full size (very small)

It is awful. They said our room had been remodeling. It was terrible! They need to remodel again. The lighting was so bad. They needed more lamps. So unimpressed.

The hotel is very close to TAMU's campus. Plus, several restaurants and cafeterias are nearby, at a walking distance.

I absolutely love this hotel. As soon as we walked in, I saw the big Christmas Tree, beautiful. This hotel was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The price was great, the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.
