酒店房間很乾淨,牀很舒服。工作人員彬彬有禮,專業。辦理入住和退房效率高,快捷。機場班車經常運行,很可靠。

酒店沒問題。工作人員很友好。房間很乾淨。安靜的財產。是一家經濟型酒店,我只需要一張牀。房間的費用是50歐元。那裏有很多。到機場只有10分鐘的車程,這很好。考慮了出租車每條20歐元的價格,然後房間價格90歐元。交易就不那麼好。最好只是在機場預訂提供穿梭機的酒店,因爲費用差不多,酒店也稍微好一點。最好在睡覺前預訂出租車,因爲凌晨我去預訂出租車時接待處沒有人。比利時的該地區不允許Uber或Bolt,因此沒有應用程序預訂出租車,出租車價格昂貴。如果當時有班車的話,我會認爲這家酒店是需要的。

Arrived very late on a coach trip no meal but after a long day just wanted to sleep , cases brought to our room ,bath and a shower lovely hot water , comfortable bed plenty off room kettle coffee but no English tea or sugar , breakfast next morning good but once’s age could have been hotter no English tea at breakfast.

We went to Sheraton hotel at the airport very late in the night to get a room but they were fully booked, so they recommended this hotel. I just say DONT GO THERE. We paid 120 € include shuttle for 7 hours to stay. When we got the room it was in the front of the railway. I went to the reception and said why they are giving us a room with noises from the railway, the time was 10.45pm and they said to me, it will stop 11pm and they said they were fully booked. But there were lot of noises from the railway the most of the night, so they are just try to lie. When I came in the morning and said to the same man why he lie to me, he just ignored me. The rooms/hotel really needs an update everything looked so old and smells lot of smoke. and they are rated them self 3 stars. To the owner we are in 2022 you won’t get far by lying for your guests. The publicity is huge and people can write everywhere today so your hotel will never be good a recommendation if your are lying for your guests.

Was sent to the hotel by Brussels Airlines and arrived here at around 11.00pm after a delayed flight from Madrid. Brussels Airlines has paid for dinner in the hotel after a long day, but hotel had closed the kitchen and the room-service despite it being advertised as running until midnight in the rooms and on the hotel web-site. Reception manager claimed that all restaurants in Brussels close at 10.00pm. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast the next morning was probably the worst hotel breakfast I've seen in years. Canned fruit and the omelette looked and tasted like it was made by a 12 year old school apprentice. Overall not a 4 star experience.

我只在那裡住了一晚，以便第二天趕下一班飛機。房間乾淨舒適。服務很好。該地區沒有其他可到達的地方。所以，你的處境和我一樣。

酒店早餐不錯，晚餐一般，不建議，沒有午餐，附近也沒有餐廳，建議在城裡吃完再回來。 關於shuttle bus。下到1層，E區，等shuttle bus，后附時間表。我沒等到，直接打車，10歐出頭，能接受。 附近不好打車，出門有272，上車刷信用卡，272到城裡後轉地鐵，能去很多地方。附近還有471和282，用谷歌地圖看好時間，交通還算方便，就是麻煩點。 倒兩次車能到家樂福等大超市，也能買了東西回酒店自己吃，美滋滋～

This was the second time this year that we have decided to stay at the Sheraton Airport prior to our return trip home. While the hotel is overpriced it is so convenient for departure and it eliminates the anxiety regarding taxi or transit strikes (something that seems to be a cultural event). The hotel offers great service; friendly and efficient check in and checkout, good response to requests (extra towels), etc. While it seems to be appearing “a little tired” (light bulbs flickering, some new paint required) I have found it to be clean, comfortable and has the hottest water I have experienced anywhere in the world. Gullivers restaurant has adequate service and food although the wait time for meals in the evening can be a test of patience. Breakfast is much quicker and if you wish the breakfast buffet, it is complete and well presented. The coffee we had there both times was the best we have had anywhere during our past month in Belgium! Regarding the waiters in the evening (January 2nd) I must say the women staff and one man (I believe his name was Driss) were the ones doing the work. They constantly circulated the areas and responded to guest requests and needs, the other men just took up space. I had to mention this because it was just so obvious.
