The beds were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. However, the shower was clogged. There was no one present on the property to do anything about it. We called the front desk and were advised that a maintenance person would be there around 7 AM. However, when we called again in the morning, we were told that no one would be there until around 9 AM. We showered with about 3-4 inches of water in standing in the tub. The shower also just shot water out and would not adjust. The front desk was very apologetic and nice about everything.

Everyone was very nice and helpful with our stay. Very clean room. The restaurant has a very good stay and the food was good.

The location was just off of I-95 and easy to get to. The place was clean and the staff was nice. There was an Outback right next door which was nice. After spending 7 hours on the road I didn't want to have to drive somewhere to eat. The hotel had a fitness center which had some nice cardio equipment. And the complimentary breakfast the next morning made it nice for the remainder of our trip.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the last month and have been very pleased. I did notice that some rooms are either renovated or in better condition than others, but even the room that was a little dated was acceptable in cleanliness and tidiness which is what matters most to me. Their front desk staff is always very friendly and they have an onsite restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is super convenient.

Our room was not ready for more than an hour after check in and nothing was done to compensate. Despite having voucher for free kids meal, we were still charged for a kids meal. Called IHG and they said it was an ******* problem. As an IHG member, I’m incredibly disappointed.

I was not provided with the handicap room on the first floor. I just had surgery and when I booked this reservation, I asked for the first floor three weeks ago. I also couldn’t believe that we had to pay for breakfast. For the price of the room, at least they could provided free breakfast all the other hotels do it

Just passing through on our way to Florida from northeast. Hotel was convenient and clean in common areas. The room was comfortable and somewhat clean. Not as clean as I would have liked.

Staff member, Rick, helped rescue our dinner after the microwave in our room malfunctioned.

Stopped for a quick overnight on our drive from Pennsylvania to Florida. The restaurant was delicious and quick. The king size bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on! After 15 hours on the road it was just what we needed.
