位置在市中心 出行方便 環境好

有年代的老飯店，優點是房間很大，窗外每日都 可以看到日出日落非常的美。 缺點是沙發老舊有點下陷。 價格合理，是下次仍會考慮住宿的飯店。

非常有歷史感的酒店。應該是上世紀30年代的老樓，居然有30層高，當年可能是達拉斯最豪華的樓，有點上海灘的感覺，相當氣派。 服務：前台給我免費升級了套間，非常好，還帶廚房。 衞生：可以再加強，玻璃窗確實很多年沒擦了。毛巾，床品也很舊。

房間昏暗、破舊不堪！窗戶髒得幾乎看不見街景。光線昏暗到我必須把行李箱搬到窗邊才能看清外面。

真是一次很棒的體驗，床真的很舒服！周圍有很多地方可以參觀和停下來喝一杯。這張照片是在飯店旁的牛仔餐廳拍攝的，那裡的環境也非常棒。

I would describe this place as 'Spartan'. Only pretending to be a luxury hotel because of the old building and the location. Once inside things are more run down. The room was tiny, had a rock hard bed, a TV from approximately 2008, and a dirty bathroom floor. If you're traveling by car, I would find a nearby parking lot and walk your things over. The hotel only offers a valet for $45 dollars a night. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The attached coffee shop, and AT&T plaza across the street offered great food, and its a very short trip to Deep Ellum with lots of things to do. Overall experience is "Meh" for the price.

我沒有住在那裡，因為在我預訂並付款後，我在谷歌上搜索了Magnolia 的評論，發現在過去的幾週內，人們留下了可怕的評論，說房間很髒，毛巾上有洞，百葉窗很髒，油漆剝落，無家可歸。大廳裡有人，家具碎裂，頭髮從浴室下水道裡流出來。我只是不想冒險帶我女兒去那裡。我通過另一個網站預訂了另一家酒店，但在 Magnolia 上損失了錢。我本來會使用 Trip.com，但另一個網站的價格更優惠。我知道他們聲稱價格匹配，但由於評論似乎不合法，我不打算冒險進行價格匹配。

We had a awesome time the room was great a lil hot we couldn’t get the ac to work right but everything else was wonderful!

Savannah and Tiffany were very friendly and most accommodating.  The house keeper was pleasant and attentive. The drawback I found most annoying was the fan in the bathroom made an exceedingly loud noise.  And you could not turn on the light without it coming on! Overall my stay was good.  Thank-you Savannah and Tiffany….

The location is fantastic, very handy, can take train to and from airport, while the staff and the service not live up with our expectation. There were no room service daily if you need anything such as towers you needed to call or came to counter to order b4 9:00pm in order to get the amenities. The problem was the counter most of the time no one there you needed to wait at least 5 minutes to get attended. We stayed there for 4 nights, we did come to the counter when we left in the morning that towers replacement were needed, however, when we came back at night, no replacement was found, so we called in the next day when we were back, they then brought the amenities to us.
