Hotel.is walking distance from Walmart. Breakfast they serve is very good and they provide more or less everything you can think of. Overall staff is good and would recommend it to friends.

Very clean, service was quick and easy. Will be back.

Let me start off by saying I had high hopes for this hotel based on stays at other Towne Place Suites locations. I'll start with the pros. Staff was friendly with an easy check-in process and the beds were comfortable - that is where the positives end. This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Within the room there was some sort of permeating animal odor, the curtains had some sort of brown stain on them (poop or chocolate - not really sure), greasy hand prints on the walls, the light switches were gray with grubbiness, the mattress on the pull out sofa was disgustingly stained and had been so sprayed down with chemical it couldn't be slept on, the silverware in the kitchenette was filthy - the list goes on and on! In the breakfast area there were few options, along with spilled drinks, coffee and food everywhere - needless to say, we skipped it. As the cherry on top, we were kept up one Saturday evening until 2am when a bunch of cars gathered across the street and raced loudly until the cops decided to show up. Until they can get this place up to par, do yourself a favor and skip it!

We liked the layout of our two bedroom. The location of the hotel is excellent. Located close to many restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to the freeway. We stayed for five nights and had to ask for a cleaning service halfway through as we had garbage backed up and had run out of toilet paper. Our unit had broken windows and the electrical outlets in one room made us nervous as when things were plugged in, the lights would go on and off. The first few nights we had a family right next door who were very loud and the walls and doors are so thin we could hear everything they and their children were doing. They had many people coming and going at all hours we couldn't sleep very well. They also cooked food that smelled terrible and seeped into our room so badly that we had to stuff towels in the door and had headaches. Now we realize these things are out of the hotel's control, but they just added to the already run-down feel of our unit. Another family member stayed a few nights to visit us in the other building and said their unit was much nicer, so I think it depends on what unit you get. The units close to the office seem to be in better shape. There was also a lot of construction right next door that made it difficult to come and go.

This hotel is definitely not a hotel that belongs in this area. Unfortunately dirty & dingy. As soon as I walked in the hotel lobby you can feel it, I’m just a bit surprised this is a Marriott hotel and they have let their standard drop subpar.

The rooms were great, perfect for our needs! The breakfast was really lacking, good idea with pre-made sandwiches but they were pretty gross.

No hot water

It was so much snow & ice walking, dangerous! They had water damage, fans running, couldn’t hear. I asked about fold out couch, she said yes. When in the room, no sheets, blanket. Went to call, no #, room phone not plugged in. Couldn’t find a jack. Had to walk down ask for sheets. Otherwise ok

It’s run down and dirty, and they “allow” the homeless people to eat the continental breakfast. I think it’s nice but maybe after the people who paid to be there and eat are done! The homeless were rude, loud, pushy and smelled bad…it was terrible. I called and asked front desk if they allowed the homeless to eat and the lady said “yes”.
