「This hotel did not have a light in the room except just one side of a bedside table. The room floor was dirty. The stairs are small and steep (no lift). The rooms have no airconditioning. Most importantly, the caretaker did not know the name of Trip.com and demanded payment though he had our booking.」

「Excellent location. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Good size room. We booked superior room with two big bed. Easily fitted our family of two adult and two kids. Housekeeping could be improved. Overall room is clean but lacked attention to details. Eg some surfaces are dusty. Carpet can do with some attentive vacuuming. Used bathrobes could be hang up or folded. Not simply left on the chair unfolded.」

「Right on the beach, location can’t be beaten, price is worth it compared to other hotels “near” the beach. There wasn’t any view from the room but that’s fine! The room was modern, chic design, clean. Staff were attentive, friendly and respectful! Will definitely recommend and stay again when I visit Manly again.」
