Good customer service

Ok, but a little less than I expected, but for the price, $60 tax, I probably should have lowered my expectations... It's ok.

I wasn’t expected or looking for luxury, I most needed a safe place to shower and lay my head and it served its purpose. Overall I’d stay again for a short time to save a little money. But I still think the prices should be a bitlower for the condition of the hotel

Unable to check in. Their pmt system was down; could only accept cash pmts. Had to find another hotel. Desk clerk was very apologetic. Felt bad for her!

Charged more for room on here than regular prices. Dripping faucets, leaks in rooms

Stopped at a gas station and saw big banner on side of hotel $49.99 for this hotel. It was 3am so we just wanted to close our eyes a couple hours and take a shower After driving 14 hours . We weren’t expecting much but turned out to be the grossest motel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Cig burns in comforter. Nasty dirty . I don’t think the 2 pics in the room ( 104 ) had ever been cleaned. I could barely see I was so tired but this was so bad I was afraid to lay on bed. But the problem started before even going to room. Front desk guy asleep on counter. I rang bell that woke him I asked for room and he said $169 like he was just throwing a price out. I was like um big banner $49.99 he said no no $75 ok ? I paid it just to get to a bed. I didn’t sleep and could not shower… no shower curtain. Tub was also gross. I was out of there in a hour.

The front staff was good. But the room smell like mildew, and covers,sheets,pillow were dirty. The toliet stopped up and its flies,and nats in the room

The furniture was damaged, floor was dirty, bathroom had stains. Pillows were missing covers, I would not recommend this place at all.
