The corridors were smoky because they had smoking rooms. There was no hair dryer in the room. I couldn't fill the bathtub either. It didn't have a stopper. They told me to solve this problem with a plastic bag. The only good thing is that it has a parking lot for 20 cars.

I read other reviews online and was worried. But it turned out much better than I thought. It is a functional, bare-bones experience, but it was perfectly fine when we needed an inexpensive hotel. There were some people having a very loud, dramatic scene in the middle of the night, and that woke us up. Bring your earplugs! Otherwise it was fine.

I travel a lot and this is the worst experience of my life. I checked in on Oct 7th and was given a room on the 2nd floor. No elevators. Walked up the stairs to the room and looked around. Me and partner walked back out and left. Came back and hour later to pick up our suitcases and left the keys on the table and left. There is no refund policy at this hotel, so they took my $650.00 money for 2 nights that I did not stay there. The whole place is shabby - the outside of the building and the inside. The whole place smells of **** from the time of stepping into the building for check-in. The rooms and bathroom are repulsive. Shopping bag hanging on the ceiling covering up something. Water stains on the ceiling. Bed looks like someone slept in it and the sheets and pillow just straightened out. The bathroom is dinghy and the bathtub has molds. Needs to be inspected by the government for approval and or removed from rental to the public. The price on the website to pay for this place should be under $25.00per night or 0.00 per night. Recommend taken off all the websites until improvement is done and the govt approves it.

There’s no one at the front desk at any time of the day , that is a motel not hotel , people are there to buy hours for sex and not a hotel for a family . There’s is no ice machine , no coke machine zero customer service and it’s very loud . There’s no elevator , we had to walk over 23 stair steps to get to our room and with heart conditions this was the most terrible place I’ve ever stayed at for $180 per night.

The hotel was the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in. It would have been decent if it was clean. The bathroom was disgusting the pillows as well, there was public looking hair in the bed. We had to get extra sheets from housecleaning, who didn’t offer to help remove the old ones. I couldn’t sleep because the bed was so dirty i couldn’t put my mind at ease to stay asleep. I also couldn’t shower because of the dirtiness.

Worst hotel ever. Canceled my reservation before I even got there even though ******* told them not to. Was suppose to be $450 for me for 3 nights, instead I had to pay $450 for one night because they canceled my room. Awful customer service. Front desk is no help. And to top it off, a car hit me in their small parking lot and ran off with a dent in my car. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to get footage of who did it.

This is a very shady hotel with hourly rates. It is a place to sleep near Yankee stadium, but you are better off staying somewhere else and taking the subway to the ballpark. Rats in the parking garage, the entire hotel reeks of smoke (the room I picked was non smoking), and there is not enough parking for the amount of hotel rooms they have.

The room was nice overall…but the WiFi ****** tried watching Netflix and it kept freezing there was no hot water the bathroom sink got clogged plus the bathtub was dirty I didn’t even wanna step inside..not sure I’ll be going again
