奧普斯飯店布朗克斯(Hotel Opus Bronx Near Bay Plaza Mall)

Booked on *******, hotel opus didnt honor *******'s rate and charged an extra 21 on top of the rate supposedly guaranteed. Staff said we see what your conformation says but this is what our computer says with no attempt to remidy price point. Floors were sticky and dirty. Wont be staying here again.

I didn’t like that the bed had urine in it then the staff tried too say that was me because housekeeping wouldn’t leave it like that . Like what? I had just walked in and the smell or urine stunk .

Room and bathroom are clean. Cameras everywhere. Downfall is that if the lot is full you have to park outside. Also, there is only one desk, there needs to be another night stand next to the bed.

Property was nothing like what the ******* website showed. Photos on the website were not of the actual property or the rooms they had there. We had booked non smoking rooms and all rooms at this hotel are smoking. The smell of smoke, BO and urine was so bad in both rooms we checked out five minutes after checking in. We were told we needed to contact ******* for a refund. When we called for a refund and when we did, ******* called the hotel and they said we were a no show and therefor they wouldn’t refund us. Absolutely not true. It’s a hot mess all the way around. Very upsetting and now we have to take our time fighting to prove we were there and trying to get a refund when we were sold a lie in the first place. So unfair. Bad business on the part of the hotel and *******.

This place was filthy, first of all We found out after checking in that all rooms are smoking rooms. So they ALL smell like cigarettes. Two our feet were black from how filthy the floors were.

Located in between car repair shops, loud and noisy on the property and around all night long, freshened up old motel.

Kept Tellling Me I Had No Reservations When I Know I Booked Everything Ahead Of Time

The shower was amazing loved the mirror over the bed as well lol
