貝沙灣伯德飯店

很棒的住宿和優越的地理位置。我喜歡泳池區，那裡有漂亮的熱水浴缸、室內和室外游泳池以及桑拿浴室。我們的周年紀念日真是太放鬆了。飯店有點老舊，但是還是很不錯的

Was disappointed

Do not stay here if you’re looking for a pleasant relaxing experience. Pani the manager is the worst manager I have ever encountered, she is rude, unhelpful and hard to get hold of. We booked two rooms as we could not get a 3 bedroom apartment, both rooms faced the train station that was doing major road works all night, we asked for new rooms and the little blonde receptionist was so rude and told us the hotel was full for our entire stay, this was not the case when we checked out a nice young man told us they could have moved us they had been moving people all week. Now the room, it had windows that didn’t seal, mouldy curtains, threadbare carpet, balcony with two chairs that you could sit on due to the state of them. The kitchen was filthy the plates in the cupboard had rice on them they had been put away dirty, the furniture was 1970’s and the bed looked like it was the original bed old and mattress was very stained looked and smelt like urine stains. We had no hot water for the entire stay, the maintenance man said several rooms were the same but the plumber can’t come until the day we checked out, so no sleep and no hot shower. There were no lights in the hallway at night so had to walk to our room in the dark which is a major health and safety risk. The hotel needs to move Pani on and get a decent manager that genuinely understands customer service needs. Late review due to trying to sort with hotel

Stayed in a ocean view apartment fantastic view over school grounds out to the ocean.In the east tower on a high floor,The room apartment was getting very tired looking but was surface clean(could do with a deep spring clean).But it was adequate for what we paid as we paid well in advance and got a fantastic deal.Room got serviced.No Foxtel so if you go in winter and your room only has streaming there is Netflix.Bed was ok.Air con and ceiling fan in bedroom and air con in lounge.Down side while sitting on balcony if you had slider shut and air con on to keep apartment cool the noise from outdoor unit was so loud,We had 30 deg days.Pool area clean but tiles around pool need replacing.Be aware if you are staying soon the towers are being painted so spa was unable to be used and certain areas out of service.Close to all amenities.Easy access if you arrive late through intercom phone.Reception staff during day very nice and the on-site cafe was great.We have stayed here lots of times would stay again if we got another great deal and a room with Foxtel,as there is so many accommodation options to choose from and the best deal with Foxtel would win (we are big sports fans).With the prices being charged now guessing to make up for income lost during Covid and so many options available apartment owners may need to up there game on updating some of the apartments.

We stayed a couple of days in Bel Air on Broadbeach and enjoyed it very much. Our two-level apartment was located on the 17th floor of the east tower which had a spectacular ocean view. The apartment was pretty new and was very nicely furnished. The furniture, kitchen and bathrooms had a high-quality standard. Washing machine, wifi etc, everything worked well. Bel Air on Broadbeach also provides a great pool area, a nice little café, parking possibilities and a reception with a very friendly team. If you are looking for great accommodation at Broadbeach we definitely can recommend Bel Air.

Stayed here for the first time 6 years ago . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay then . The Bel Air is situated very handy across the road from the tram station and Pacific Fair shopping centre and 5 minutes walk from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this time also.Admittedly we noticed the accommodation was a little tired and dated but that didn’t particularly worry us . The apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. If it wasn’t for the dated facilities we would’ve given the Bel Air a five . We will be back!

Husband and wife travelling through Queensland, shopping and catching up with children and grandchildren that live there. Bel air is centrally located - a stones throw from pacific fair mall trains and bus across the road , beach a few hundred metres to the other side . 3 main towers to the hotel - several hundred rooms - some are owner occupied . A little ages now but well kept ; pools and gym on site also.
