布爾諾設有健身房的飯店

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική. Ευγενές και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό. Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, με άνετο κρεβάτι. Πλούσιο πρόγευμα. Εξαιρετική σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας. Στα αρνητικά θα έβαζα το μικρό γυμναστήριο ,αν και είναι ανοικτό 24 ώρες.

なんといっても朝食が美味しかった。室内は古さを感じるが不便はない。値段とサービスのコストパフォーマンスが良かった。

We booked this hotel as a last minute stop and were very happy that we had chosen it! Reception staff were extremely welcoming on our arrival (fairly late) and our room (on the 9th floor, great views) was extremely comfortable so we had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was generous and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful (special shout out goes to Danielle). A clean, comfortable hotel with straightforward parking. Highly recommended…

我們為三個成年人預訂了一間房間。當我們到達那裡時，只有一張準備好的床，只有一張羽絨被！我們和接待處的一位女士交談過，這是迄今為止我們經歷過的最糟糕的酒店服務！此時已近午夜，我們得到的答覆是她不知道床上用品和床單存放在哪裡。她要我們跟著她，過了一會兒，她只發現了一張羽絨被和一張羽絨被床單。她就這樣毫無準備地遞給我們，當被問到時她對我們說：「看起來我在這裡做那種工作嗎？」。之後我們回到接待處，因為這是一家知名連鎖飯店的接待員完全無法接受的待遇。她根本不以解決問題為導向。她告訴我們沒有其他可用的房間。她從未道歉。她不願透露自己的全名，並表示她將辭去這裡的工作。她告訴我們她以前從未遇到過這種情況。她告訴我們，她沒有人可以尋求幫助，而且白天在這裡工作的人以及知道我們需要的床上用品在哪裡的人在一天中的這個時候都不在這裡。她告訴我們，她並沒有向我們隱瞞床上用品，她真的不知道它在哪裡。我們沒有準備好房間，因為我們已經預訂了。她甚至問我們我們（！！）認為她應該做什麼。她說她看到的唯一選擇是退還我們的錢，然後我們可以在晚上 00:30 離開酒店（！！！）。太離譜了！我們都對這種完全不可接受的對待客戶的方式感到震驚和震驚，我們絕對考慮收拾行李離開。經過一段時間的交談，並對這種糟糕的服務感到目瞪口呆，她突然說她可以把我們分開，然後給我們一間房間。我們接受了這個，僅此而已。我們將在此之後採取行動，並打電話給酒店主管並告訴他這次經歷。這絕對是我們經歷過的最糟糕的服務體驗。完全不能接受！令人震驚的是，這是一家廣受好評的知名連鎖飯店！我仍然無話可說，就像我在與那個至少可以說沒有服務技能的糟糕員工交談後一樣。

Lovely place by the lake, recently modernised. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, on the second day there was an egg station for anything you want. Both days there is a barista providing proper coffee at breakfast which is included. They are an artist in coffee. We ate lunches and dinner at the hotel on the lovely terrace overlooking the lake. Food was good if quite simple, staff were excellent. We also booked a massage in the wellness centre, (2 hours a day general admission is included in your stay). The masseuse was amazing, professional and clearly trained. They have a fridge in the room and you just buy what you wish from reception. Prices are very reasonable. Around the hotel is a collection of little bars, restaurants and water sports places, it all feels very holiday like, probably because it is on the edge of the city of Brno. It was very busy round the lake on Sunday. Monday was quiet in the morning then things opened at lunchtime. We took an enjoyable trip around the lake on the regular boats that cross cross it and take you to different areas, took 2.5 hours in total. We will stay here again if in the area.

我訂了帶陽台的行政房,網上說有空調,這是我預訂這個工作室類型房間的原因,因爲那個星期捷克人整個星期都在30+°。我們晚上7點左右到達,直接前往他們的餐廳,所以我們回到房間時只檢查了空調。它不工作。我們要求幫助,前台接待員也不知道如何幫助我們。我服用激素藥物,這真的讓我的身體加熱,導致前期狀態,所以我需要空調。收拾行李太晚了,尋找另一家酒店,因爲我們累壞了,所以我試圖和風扇睡覺,這還不夠,因爲晚上更熱。睡眠不足,被喚醒了很多次。我問了賠償,這在談判中很頭疼,我甚至問他們能不能把房間和標準間的價格一樣,給我退款,但主管想用第二天的價格,甚至比標準間還要高我們支付了什麼,所以沒有退款。他們提供了10%的折扣,但只有在我們再住一晚時才能兌換。如此荒謬的管理。然後他們還要求在入住時支付我們在線支付的相同金額,現在已經兩週了,錢還沒有退還。他們只告訴我追我的銀行,但我已經有,並說Efi酒店沒有發放任何退款。非常緊張,不值得入住!

I chose the hotel primarily as it was across the road from the train station where I was arriving about 9pm, so didn't want to be trekking too far. Hotel was OK, rooms OK, although very odd heavily padded doors that open outwards like something from the 70s. But room was a decent size and very quite given it's on a very busy road with trains and cars and trams. Location excellent, not just for station but also for old town and castle etc, with all sights easily walkable apart from probably romany museum. Would recommend, and would def stay here again.

不錯的地方，雖然從外面看起來不太吸引人。友好的東西和整體乾淨。然而，房間裡有煙味，這是唯一的缺點，但卻是一個很大的缺點。飯店前面有收費停車場（10 歐元/天），但後面還有一個大型免費停車場，每個人都可以停車。不過早餐非常美味而且有很多種類可供選擇。

幫同事訂的，相比之下價格便宜。同事出差說住的還可以。而且離市中心很近。下次有機會，我應該還是會訂這個飯店。
