A bit old, big rooms. Breakfast acceptable.

The front desk employees were friendly & helpful. Upon entering our room, a horrible fishy smell was thru out our suite. The front desk person quickly got us a spray, that helped a litlle. However, it only masked it for a little while and then we would have to spray again. They did offer another room but it was not the same size. Our shower ceiling has had a leak and the mold is pretty bad.《I wish I could attach pictures), and a rip in the carpet making it a trip hazard! Saturday morning breakfast was good & the area was clean but Sunday morning was a complete mess! Trash cans over flowing with trash, food was not restocked for a long time. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. Managers were supposed to get back with me when I checked out but there was no update. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Room wasn’t very clean, but that was a factor of age. It is just a worn building. The areas that could be cleaned by a human were, in fact, very clean. But stained linoleum and dingy drapes just showed age and use. Also breakfast was unpalatable. For folks with food sensitivities - like me - it would be a courtesy to list the food allergens in each dish. As it was, I had the eggs which apparently are made with milk (why?!) and was sick the rest of the day. Not cool.

Friendly welcome, addressed my requests and checked that there was nothing additional. Suite had everything I needed and was clean, room had a strong perfumed smell - I tried to open the windows but they wouldn't stay up so had to prop them open an inch or so. Perfumed smell reduced with some air, so OK after that. The 'shop' onsite had very little and wasn't well stocked, I recommend getting groceries before you arrive.

The staff was great ! We had no wi-fi from Fri- Sun. We used 1 tv remote for both tvs as 1 did not work . We bought a movie and were unable to complete it as it just turned off and regular tv came on .

Breakfast was lousy ..limited Choices..Hampton Inns have better Breakfast...this location always seems to be out of stuff..Fresh Fruit was past Fresh Stage..Slow at picking Up Garbage in Hallways

the stay would have been better until I was in the shower and realized the soap and conditioner bottles were empty. Sloppy housekeeping! Also, I plugged in the iron only to find there was not an ironing board in the room.

Honestly only disappointment was the patio area wasn’t cleaned up from prior guests. Beer bottles, and cut limes. One grill has cooked rice on the side of it.
