I Chose This Hotel as it was Close to the Gig I was going to that Night.I Have Never been to this Hotel Before it was very Nice,Clean,and very Modern.All the Staff was Very Helpful.My Double Room i stayed in was Spacious Lovely and the Bed was Comfortable.I will definatly stay here again if I am in Bristol.I Highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is really well situated for access to bristol cathedral, park street and Baldwin and corn streets, all of which are home to a plethora of restaurants and pubs. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, the mattress comfy and the tv was a decent size. We enjoyed our stay there and would gladly do so again.

預訂時留言要求增加單人梳化床，沒想到就幫我們免費升級套間了。 除了衞生間馬桶吸力比較小，需要反覆多次沖水。其他各項服務都很令人滿意。

酒店位置相當清靜，近市中心，酒店附近有好多食肆，附近有便利商店及超級市場，購買日用品及食物都非常之方便！

位置方便，選擇再次入住。這次因為臨時週轉住了兩天。凌晨到達，入住辦理方便，前台友好，幫忙打車。就是一早海鷗的聲音較大。

抵達後，接待處告知，由於我遲到，他們取消了我的預訂。他們要求我支付 50 英鎊才能恢復我的預訂。 房間位於酒吧上方，每天晚上一直有噪音直到午夜。床單很髒。 當我們退房時，要求接待處為我們預訂一輛計價出租車。她最終為我們預訂了一輛車，並收取了雙倍費用。 總而言之，這是我一生中最失望的飯店住宿。
