非常失望，因為我們預訂了一家水療酒店，但沒有意識到我們必須支付額外費用才能使用這些設施。

水療中心和游泳池非常好，服務很好，停車場也很方便，儘管每天需要低收費

After seeing very mixed reviews, I was very unsure what to expect, but we had the most fabulous stay. I travelled with my 10 year old, who has been desperate to have a spa experience and Aztec didn't disappoint. He had his own child sized dressing gown had full access to the spa area (during certain times). Our room was spotless, great selection of teas, coffees and biscuits and lovely white company toiletries. Staff were lovely, attentive and nothing was too much trouble, we ordered room service rather than eating out, the food was fresh and restaurant quality. My son loved it so much, he wants to come back for his birthday. Perfect hotel for families, would highly recommend and can't wait to visit again!

Went over for a few days to chill out for our anniversary , we arrived having never stayed here before so didn't know what to expect after some reviews on here , well all I can say is that we had a beautiful time the room was fab looking out into the carpark which all in all was very quiet . We went in the pool I can't swim but I didn't feel stupid just sitting in the shallow end my husband did enjoy his swim we then went in the jacuzzi which we loved lovely and clean .we went and ate in the main dining room the staff couldn't do enough for you and asked if we had any allergies that they should know about before ordering food was lovely . Breakfast was fresh fruits ,cereal then English breakfast , only no hash browns but apart from that lovely . On the Saturday we went in the bar and ate , I have read a few people comments about the new born doll conversation we were there the Fri and Saturday the area we thought was a bit small for all of the people and buggies that were there as there were staff trying to wait tables in that area with food on trays could have been a bit dangerous. Please go and stay yourself , make up your own mind as we did , definitely will be going back .

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, room 154 from 19/09 to 22/09. We had a surprise card in the room with greetings which was a nice touch. The room was nice, had all comforts and a Lavazza coffee machine 😊. we had a lovely balcony and had a very good night sleep despite not the biggest bed. Spa and gym area are excellent, the restaurant and bar serve delicious food and all the staff is super friendly and professional, including Donna, who looked after us extremely well. Just be aware of longer waiting times when private functions are on, servers were a bit stretched but they made up for it. The reception welcomed us with a big smile and we left very happy, the receptionist man was friendly and helpful. Thank you, we will definitely come back again ♥️

We were very disappointed this time. This used to be my favourite hotel, but I haven't visited for a while. We weren't able to eat in the restaurant as it was fully booked so sat in the louge area. Poor Christine, she was rushed off her feet as she was the only table server. We both wanted steak but was told it came on a sizzler & had to cook it ourselves!! I don't come to a hotel to cook my own food so in the end we ordered a few starters, which were a rip off, absolutely tiny portions then settled for the burger,which was fine. The bar ran out of quite a few different wines,which was annoying. The bed was comfortable & a nice outlook on to the pond but woke up the next morning to make a cup of tea & forgot I should have got some milk from the dispenser the night before! I had to walk across the corridor & up to the 2nd floor to get it! I dont think we'll be returning anytime soon which is a shame.

Lovely hotel , staff friendly , accommodation very clean . We would definitely go back again and again . The only disappointment is the food. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both disappointing . Please bring back the ability to choose a full English Buffett style as the choices on the menu is awful . I had the pancakes one day and couldn’t eat them it was disgusting- sorry . Didn’t like the choices on the menu-at a coat of £19.95, I expected far more of a choice .buffett style is far better.

Difficult to rate this, as another reviewer has already put. What it does good it really does but some details are poor. Good. Well fitted out and pleasant decor. Food is good and my room was roomy and comfortable. So basics are done well Bad / irritating. After initially being good the WiFi started dropping out every two minutes. If your room is between 150 and 165? Ask to be taken there. I challenge anyone from the hotel to navigate there on signage alone. And logic certainly doesn’t help! Breakfast. When checking in you book a time, I asked for 8 but that was taken. So I went for 7.45. I thought this must be an efficiency thing. How wrong, I arrived at the restaurant for 7.45 and queued for 10 mins to be seated and then did even get an apology for the wait. Food is good once seated, to be fair. Room milk. A note in the fridge says help your self to fresh water and milk for the machine the corridor. Initially I thought this was brilliant as I hate hot drinks with long life milk. Wandring up and down the corridor just a water machine. Called reception after 4 times trying I got someone. Again no apology, you’ve got to go along the corridor up the stair through the doors and it’s there. I stopped for work so didn’t pay myself , but these details need sorting for these prices!
