Don’t plan on eating breakfast. Especially if you have kids. Waffle maker but no batter. Raw, cold, oatmeal. Breakfast sausage was weirdly white and dehydrated?? Nothing to drink but coffee and milk, so if your kids can’t drink milk they’d better be ok with hot water. Bathroom vent didn’t work, so you have to shower with the door open. Room stinks like feet. Turned on the iron to press pants and a previous patron had melted something black onto the iron. Didn’t notice it until I’d ironed it onto my pants. Weird white powder bubbling through paint in the stairwell. No TV unless you enter your own streaming service passwords. Just find somewhere else.

Near the highway, hotel overall was okay. I felt things a little outdated and a little noisy at night. Not sure next time if we would return. People at front are nice, breakfast was filling. Housekeeping staff are helpful ans do good job cleaning the rooms.

Pluses: Two comfortable queen beds, lots of pillows, grab bar in tub shower, friendly front desk staff, ample parking, right off 495 Interchange. Cons: A little cramped for two people with luggage. Only room for one set of personal toiletries at a time on vanity. No toast at the breakfast buffet, just bagels, English muffins, regular muffins. The first floor rooms near the elevators just off the lobby are a high guest traffic area and can be a little noisy.

I had to take an unexpected trip to Massachusetts to take care of some business. My wife made the hotel reservations so I didn’t know what to expect. The room (two double beds) was clean, roomy and quiet. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The fully functional microwave allowed me to heat up and eat the various foods I brought in and the mini fridge allowed me to store juice, water and leftovers. The housekeeping staff were excellent. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. The staff at the front desk were always nice and always asked if I required anything. I was never made to feel like an “outsider.” The continental breakfast was ok. It was a like eating fast food. The fresh fruit, bananas and apples were good. All in all it was a very positive experience and if I return, I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

I was visiting family in the area when I stayed and couldn’t be more happy with my stay. The front desk was extremely helpful and polite when being checked in. Then the room was nice and clean. Which was big for me since I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area and have been disappointed with the cleanliness. On top of that they had an amazing breakfast buffet in the morning. Overall I’d recommend this hotel to everyone I know and look forward to staying again.

Staff are amazing, very welcoming. And the room was very clean. Definitely going to be staying there again. Great place for business or family trip. Breakfast was really good to. Any request I had they did without hesitation

Good location near the 495 ramp and good amount of food options around. Friends had room that smelled like smoke. Our confirmation emails came for different addresses/locations so that caused some confusion for people in the wedding block that had called to book. Just a pretty average place for $150/night so I'd explore other options in this area
