The hotel is centric.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The general manager, Lisa, greeted us in the elevator and asked about our stay. She even checked us out so we didn’t have to go to the front desk. Hilton has always been my favorite hotel chain. I was an event planner for many years and Hilton will always be on the top of my list!

We stayed for one night and the staff was friendly and courteous! We arrived early and was allowed to go into our room early because it was ready. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also had breakfast at the restaurant and our experience was superb.

Exceeded our expectation . Came here with our young children to go to lake compounce amusement park fright fest . It’s under 2 miles from the park which was so convenient . The large pool and hot tub was a huge plus for our littles. We LOVED the restaurant / sports bar lounge area . Classy/casual setting accommodating to children with a brick oven pizza / to go Starbucks coffee station area as well . The food was the best I’ve had at any hotel Which is also open to the public called The Willow . My husband was pleasantly surprised ESPN head quarters was within a mile from hotel and it’s a popular place they go to grab a bite or drink we were told with many famous athletes that have gone here as well . We loved our experience and will be back for sure. Thanks for making it a great experience for my family

The first room was by the main elevators and so noisy we had to switch rooms. The second room was better until the Hilton bar closed and drunk hotel guests yelled at each other for an hour from 2-3 am in our hallway. Worst hotel stay in years. Will think twice before visiting a Hilton property again

The property was fine When we travel I always order a king sized bed Little else matters to me and we did not get that. The staff simply said the manager over booked and could not change it They offered no compensation for the inconvenience and it was non refundable So needless to say I am not happy with the experience at all I passed over several rooms elsewhere at half the price to stay at doubletree This may seem to be a small matter for some but I have personal reasons for requesting this and again it’s the most important thing I look for

Excellent stay. Very clean hotel and the staff was excellent. Nice pool and jacuzzi. No microwave in rooms which was a surprise but I loved that it had a restaurant and bar at the facility. Would stay again for sure

******* suggested using the hotel app for a digital key. The hotel would not accept a digital key for bookings through a third party (e.g. *******). Wasted a bit of our time for nothing - still had to go to front desk.

My family loved their stay here. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The holiday decor was gorgeous. My kids took amazing photos. Would defiantly stay here again.
