瑞拉斯&卡特奧克斯諾伊里歐飯店(Château de Noirieux)

Il y a quelques jours , nous avons célébrer le mariage de notre fils et de sa compagne Nous voulions un lieu magique et enchanteur pour notre famille Que ce soit la préparation, les conseils , les demandes personnalisées de nos mariés, toute l équipe du Chateau de Noirieux s est mise à notre écoute avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de savoir faire … C est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons pour le bonheur de nos papilles Pascal et Sophie B

Nous avons fait une excellente pause au château de Noirieux. Nous nous y sommes retrouvés presque seuls un dimanche soir alors que nous trouvions que c'était une excellente pause (recharge électrique) sur le retour entre La Baule et Paris. Et nous redoutions un peu un service dégradé en si petit nombre. Il n'en a rien été : personnel charmant, diner gastronomique de très très bonne tenue. Des petites attentions que l'on ne trouve plus guère, comme un vrai plateau de fromage, ou de vraies viennoiseries artisanales au petit déjeuner. Le cadre est bien sûr remarquable. Value for money comme disent les anglo-saxons.

Bellissima esperienza allo Château de Noirieux. Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Struttura incantevole, camere pulite e ben arredate, personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Il fiore all’occhiello è stato il Ristorante Gourmet l’Attilio. Incuriositi dal nome abbiamo scoperto che lo Chef è italiano, Attilio Marrazzo, con un curriculum stellato di tutto rispetto maturato in Francia. Abbiamo cenato una sera deliziando il nostro palato con piatti favolosi dove il connubio di tecnica, innovazione e territorio ci ha davvero sorpresi. La chicca è stata la presenza dello Chef all’uscita di ogni piatto, che con molta eleganza e gentilezza ci ha spiegato la composizione del piatto. Ottima la prima colazione a buffet, ricca di pietanze squisite. Servizio eccellente, soggiorno incantevole. Consigliatissimo!

Nous avons passé trois agréables nuits dans ce ravissant château plein d’atmosphère, très bien accueillis par une équipe jeune, sympathique et très professionnelle. La chambre a été très confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déjeuner excellent et généreux.

Cadre exceptionnel Environnement très verdoyant et calme Personnel au petits soins On peut recharger sa voiture électrique et c'est offert par la maison ! Par contre il y a des points à améliorer : Pas d'ascenseur : lorsque vous êtes au 2ème étage c'est problématique avec les bagages notamment Pas de coffre dans les chambres.....alors que l'on mavait quasi assuré quil y en avait La cafetière Nespresso (mentionnée sur le site ) est en fait une simple boulloire : pas gênant en soi mais mauvaise information Nous avons, malgré ces petits points negatifs, passe un très bon sejour

The hotel's setting is beautiful, some of the public rooms are quite nice and comfortable. The bedrooms are poorly decorated but clean and large. We initially had a really good first impression as the welcome we received from the guy who showed us to our room and the person that recommended a local wine, they were fantastic. Unfortunately, their professionalism was seriously let down by their colleagues the following day. Breakfast was a disaster. For an establishment that promotes and prides itself on excellent gastronomy, they should be ashamed. Firstly, the menu is complicated and expensive, breakfast for two will set you back circa 70 euro. Surely if they have the confidence to charge that amount then the food must be good right? There were only two other couples seated when we arrived so they were not busy by any standard. We had to ask for menus and after ordering we waited an hour to be served. Firstly an egg's Benedict was deconstructed to a single poached egg with a slice of toast, clearly not an eggs Benedict. Apart from the slow invisible service the real disaster was the ham and cheese omelette, the cheese that was used was a slice of orange American cheese that's usually found on a burger. What chef in France would consider that acceptable? We had booked an evening meal that night but canceled immediately after breakfast as the kitchen in this establishment is incredibly poor. Also worth noting that we had to drive 30 mins into Angers to get food as there is nothing in the rural locality. Prob best to avoid, shame.

Beautiful hotel maintained and furnished to a high standard. Large rooms. Excellent, high quality, food and drink with prices to match. However; Hotel refers to two restaurants, in reality only one but very limited menu in early part of week particularly as some items listed were not available.Later in week food good but ..see below. If you book a room rate inclusive of breakfast be aware this is very basic, breads, croissants, juice which usually had to be requested as decanters empty . Dairy items such as yogurt or cheese, eggs, cold meat, fruit and anything cooked at significant extra cost. Yogurt at extra cost was a small plastic tub of Vanilla or Vanilla, no choice. Pleasant pool but closed on 2 of 3 days we stayed due to filter problems. Some noise problems late at night in main building as echoey and sound carried. Defining aspect was however service which was below acceptable. For example, no staff to be found at all in the hotel for some 30 minutes pre dinner on the first night and guests just waiting around bemused. Food and drink service very slow, and everything had to be asked for, if you could find anyone to ask. Staff just walked past guests carrying luggage (stairs steep) with no offer to help. No sign of any management during our stay. On complaining at reception staff agreed service very poor, breakfast basic and pool closure unacceptable but although they agreed to to Breakfast costs being deducted this did not go anywhere near compensating for the issues. We wanted to like this Hotel but would recommend looking elsewhere due to issues above;in particular the poor service.
