辛辛那提凱悅飯店(Hyatt Regency Cincinnati)

Employees were very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and had plenty of extras. We (and two other groups in our party) could not get the heat to drop below 75 in our rooms. We turned the air on, one group turned everything off all together, and it was so hot. That made for a very dry air in the room as well. The bed was very comfortable, but the sheets were very starchy, stiff and scratchy. It was hot dry and scratchy, so while everything was beautiful and we loved the hotel, sleeping was like sleeping in a sandy desert.

Solides Hotel in Cincinnati Downtown. Das Flussufer (Banks) mit den Stadien und vielen Bars und Restaurants ist genauso fussläufig zu erreichen wie das Stadtzentrum (Fountain Square). Hier ist es leider mittlerweile relativ trist und wenig belebt, es gibt zwar noch zahlreiche Restaurants und damit etwas Nightlife, dafür kaum noch Geschäfte und entsprechend wenige Menschen an normalen Tagen. Das Hotel ist absolut nichts besonderes, eben ein normales solides Businesshotel in einem ordentlichen Zustand.

Staff was awesome! No microwave in the room - don’t like that! There were some downstairs but who wants to go downstairs to warm something up? Not me! Liked the 24 hour market which had a variety of snacks, drinks, etc. Valet parking was good until it came time to depart. We waited 44 mins to receive our car. Very disorganized!!

DO NOT use this hotel if you are in town for a game. They cannot manage volume and the service was terrible. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time for food and drinks, I was over charged and I decided to just leave it be because it was taking forever to fix it. No managers on-site despite the hotel being sold out. They simply can't manage volume, not at valet, food service, front desk, or customer care. Paul

The hotel staff and room were nice. We did run into an issue in the morning when we tried to take a shower as the water would not even get warm. I spoke to the front desk at check out and they gave us a 30% discount and gave us a ticket to cover our $23 parking fee.

The hotel was clean and everyone was super helpful and friendly. The room was nice and you could see the stadium and river. The bed was really firm and my husband woke up with a sore back but I thought it was fine for the 2 nights we were there. It was about a 20 minute walk to Heritage Bank Arena, which was fine. It rained after we left the concert, so we took a taxi for $10. The breakfast buffet is $20 and most of what was available was food others hotels provide complimentary. It was convenient so we ate on site.

this was a great property. It met all our needs in a very friendly fashion. The front desk staff were great. For some reason, our room was not cleaned the first night of our stay, which was only two nights, so I don’t know if that is part of the new normal. But would have no hesitancy about returning again and again.

Overall, the hotel was great. Service, cleanliness and amenities. The only areas for improvement are if hotel rooms could have more walking space and the indoor pool could be heated better for the kids.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. They have a restaurant, 24 hour gym, pool and marketplace. The receptionist are very professional. The only thing I didnt like was the room thermostat did not have an option to have the fan off once the desired temperature is reached.
