The pool & whirlpool are nice. The workout room had nice treadmills. The room was large and comfortable. The bed is on the soft side which was great. Breakfast has good options. Location is right off the interstate. Close to the hospital w/a few businesses walkable; other exits are near as well.

Loud, I mean LOUD doors slamming at all hours. Bedding very comfortable, breakfast above average, staff generally helpful and polite

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and they replaced items as quickly as possible

Hotel is spotless. Rooms are nice and the staff is helpful and super friendly. I didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked good!

******* put me in a Handicap Accessible room that I was not aware I had chosen - if I actually did chose that room. We tried to get the desk staff member to switch rooms for us - we were one of the first people to check in that day and the hotel was basically empty. he said he was fully booked and could not switch us. We have a severely handicapped niece and get very upset when we can not get a Accessible Room - but we see people in that room who do not need a accessible room. I feel ******* should have a warning or ask a question at the time of booking to assure that the person making the booking actually needs the Handicap Accessible room.

The best Holiday Inn Express hotel I have stayed in all my travel years. Excellent friendly staff. Hotel newly remodeled looks like a new hotel. Room was huge, very clean and modern room design with clean beddings. Very comfortable bed. I will try to use more of Holiday Inn Express from now on

Bed/pillows were comfortable, hotel was clean. Breakfast was meh, but it’s a hotel breakfast so you can’t expect too much. Otherwise great hotel!

My wife and i enjoyed your hotel. Everyone was cordial and must say how nice Delores was at breakfast.

Friendly Staff, clean rooms. The chemicals in the pool were a little too strong but other than that, an excellent place to stay! The hot breakfasts were very nice. :)
