I had an accident on my way to the hotel round 7pm friday and was in a dead zone apparently cause i couldn't use my phone. I was on side the road until 730am the next day. I called them as soon as i could and explained and i was still charged for that night. Policy was thrown at me with no kind of understanding of me being helpless and in danger.

Stayed here for our trip to Nashville. Great little hotel away from the downtown area & noise. We were able to Uber into the attractions. Pool was excellent. Nice hotel if you need a bed & bath between four walls.

The room we were given had a terrible smell that seemed to originate from the couch. I dont make these things an issue but I did purchase some febreeze which helped eliminate it for the one night I stayed. Its an older hotel and I will most likely not stay here again.

We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and grocery store. Made for an easy quick dinner and snacks. The tub was not in great shape and a portion of our drape system was missing. Dead bugs in entryway for most of the day.

Our bed was dirty when we got there had to ask for new sheets and remake the beds ourselves, toilet was leaking water, no hair dryers in the rooms( but they have them at front desk), room has no microwave, and the towel handle was broken and kept falling off.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was in very good condition and well kept. Breakfast was excellent. And the area around the facility was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing.

Had a toilet that ran all the time. Reported it 3 times (each day we stayed). Never fixed. They didnt find a problem one day. Didnt have the right parts orher times.
