納什維爾布倫特伍德索尼斯塔ES套房飯店(Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood)

This was indeed one of the nicest places I have had the pleasure of staying at. The pricing was great and the all in all stay is to be commended it was truly awesome.

The place was less than stellar, tub/shower would not drain properly, safety lock on door was broken, ceiling and curtains were filthy!

Family stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It made for a much nicer stay. The suite was nice and clean. The kitchen even had a dishwasher! I was very happy to have such a nice stay at a reasonably priced hotel. The suite was cost considerably less than 2 rooms at a much lower value motel, and included amenities that are not available.

There was literal mold in our shower dripping from underneath the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers. After a long drive from FL, we wanted to shower but not after seeing that. Do not plan to stay here again.

Property is nice and quite. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Sonesta ES Brentwood when we visit Nashville again.

Our room was very nice. Our sink was leaking and they fixed it right away. Theyhelped us use the grill and had very nice breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay the property is well laid out and the room was nice. Only problems I had was small stuff like shower not being 100 percent (like a strong shower) coffee pot without a lid so it wouldn’t brew right, and they didn’t tell me ahead of time my room was upstairs. That would be a big problem for my wife if she was with me on this trip.

The bathroom could have been better dusted and swept; especially door and frame. Several items were missing in the room, like wash clothes and kitchen scrubber. Also the dishes could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Pros: large room with comfortable furniture and provided kitchen supplies. Free breakfast was nice. Safe location. Cons: This is an older property - there are no elevators and the building has moderate wear & tear. When I checked into my room, there was a dirty washcloth hanging inside the shower on the curtain rod - I think the shower was cleaned and they just didn’t see that. But it means they didn’t change the shower curtain. There was also a trash can in the under sink cabinet that hadn’t been emptied. Otherwise the room seemed really clean though so take that as you will. I locked myself out twice during my stay and I was able to get a new key from the front desk without giving any information other than my room number. They didn’t ask for my name or any information to confirm it was actually my room. That was pretty concerning from a safety perspective and definitely should be addressed.
