艾恩山速8飯店(Super 8 by Wyndham Iron Mountain)

Horrible experience. We booked this as a last minute stay because we decided last minute to go away for the weekend. The hotel owner calls me 9:28 pm to ask if we are still going to be going there. I said yes and will be there later. He then calls me back at 10:30 to ask me if we are still coming (room is paid for and he claims to do night audit). We arrive at 1045 pm he tells me they have no staff on duty from 11pm until morning. Like seriously how it can be a hotel with no staff overnite. We decide to get a snack and all but 3 things in the veding machine are EXPIRED from 2023. Get to our room there is hair on the toilet (not ours) and in the sink. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years the hotel itself smells old and musty. The only good thing about the hotel was he was nice enough to lend me a charger for my phone hence why I gave it a 1 instead of 0. WILL NEVER ever stay there again.

Pool wasn’t working and I wish we would have known before booking. Very strong odor throughout the hotel. Very dated appearance. Nice owners but a very bare minimum hotel.

This property does not have roll aways. The rooms need to be updated. The entire hotel SMELLS and Christian stuff is EVERYWHERE!

There is Christian stuff EVERYWHERE (very religious). The hotel needs an upgrade. The smell is horrible and the carpet is worse. The people are nice enough but I feel like I woke them up to check me in.

The hospitality was awesome! Very personable and sweet! Rooms were very clean and beds were nice. Plenty of food and drinks available. Very resable prices. Can check in late. Would recommend anytime.

We arrived and the check was fairly quick and staff were friendly. When arriving at our room it smelled very musty. The furniture was stained and very out dated. The bed in our room was super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs almost poking thru the mattress. Not sure we would stay there again.

Took reservation saying they allowed dogs then no space available did not feel welcome. Place was a dump as well. Old poor condition.

Good coffee. Very nice staff, friendly. Very clean. Slightly older microwave and air conditioner. But they worked.

Best place ever in a trip across country, over 7,500 miles. These folks made us feel like we were right at home. Very uplifting and encouraging visit during a looong trip. Truly refreshing to meet such wonderful folks! The room was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was great and the background music was so much better than some TV newsfeed!
