My stay was excellent. Perfect location for the hotel, staff were extremely helpful & polite specially front office staff. Room was very nice and kept clean. Smooth check in/Check out.Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip and stay.

Best stay here with family.we are coming for merrige but I like hotel Service is delay but all over is good need to more improve *** power in service. Location is very central and convenient, rooms are specious and good but toilet fittings are bad. We had booked three rooms and help faucet of two rooms are profusely leaking but no body bothered to set it right despite following up for the same. Towels were all old and faded. Breakfast was not ready till 8. 30 am but someone from hotel told us at 7. 45 that it is ready. While breakfast spread and taste was good, the sambar for idli was stale and not suitable for consumption. Overall, a very average hotel, however, the cost is also low so can't expect much for that cost.

訪訪客用戶I checked in with family and was allotted a room in a floor where works are going on. They should have avoided allocating rooms in the floor where works are going on. Uncleaned floor and worker trying to open the door. Very disappointing experience. Towels were old, stained and leaving lint. Limited options for breakfast was available. In the night we were told of a buffet breakfast however the same changed with 3 options given by hotel staff and added bread with buttrer and jam later. Despite of all issues the staff was very courteous. Would recommend this property to be avoided till it's work completion.

The restaurant food and service deserve a special mention. Thanks to the restaurant team for the amazing food recommendation and personal electrician. During our stay, they remembered. The names to chicken was well marinated with the perfect spices. Use the breakfast has a good spread. We highly recommended this day at the property and also experienced the food and hospitality. The team pursued the team front of its restaurant housekeeping all of your fantastic.

訪訪客用戶River-wood resort, lying within a dense forest next to a wonderful village, provides a luxurious accommodation. The place boasts of sexy washrooms and an outstanding service. An additional attraction is the swimming pool and catering service. The prices are fair, not to mention its location in relation to a gypsy colony. However, there were definitely some lows: bread with fungus and a steel wire instead of a rice bowl. As far as risk is concerned, one always has to be caution with gypsy drivers, who are perhaps a little wild at times. To sum it up, it must be stated that the place is enjoyed with pleasure.

I must say that I had high expectations given the reputation of Vannraj, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Firstly, I found the buffet spread during my stay to be significantly lacking in variety, especially considering the price that was charged. The limited options available were disappointing and did not justify the cost of the meals. Secondly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the restaurant staff. There were noticeable delays in serving basic items like bread, and during breakfast, milk was not available for coffee. Additionally, I observed that there was a lack of anticipation regarding the number of guests present and the speed at which the buffet needed to be refilled. This resulted in inconvenience and a less than satisfactory dining experience. One aspect that particularly concerned me was the allowance of pets, specifically dogs, in the dining area. This practice is highly unhygienic as guests would come into contact with these animals, potentially transferring germs from their hands to the buffet dishes. I strongly recommend revisiting this policy to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment for all guests. Moreover, the room cleaning staff did not meet the expected standards. On a broader note, I believe that Vannraj Resort is overhyped, and the prices charged do not align with the level of service provided. The disparity between the expectations set by the resort's reputation and the actual experience was quite significant. Finally, I would like to mention the lack of staff presence near the pool area to assist guests with towels. It was inconvenient to have to go all the way to the reception desk to request them. I recommend ensuring that there are dedicated staff members available at the pool area to promptly address such guest needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more satisfying and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Stayed here for a night before my morning visit to Bandhavgarh. The hotel itself is inside a small lane off the main road in Russel Chowk. The room is pretty small and it didn't look like an Deluxe room. The good thing about it was the service and continuous hot water running 24 hours. There is a huge scope for improvement.

MMrVinayI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with family. The staff was polite, well behaved and welcoming. The food I had in their restaurant was really really awesome and top notch. They also provided taxi for local sightseeing (not included in price) which was very convenient and their drivers are professionals. Room was big, spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this place to families

Too large room but uncomfortable. Lights either not working or improper situation. To step up for bathroom - most uncomfortable. Restaurant and washroom very dirty. The bellboy is always waiting for tip. During booking they informed lunch/dinner and breakfast free. At check in they informed Rs 500 per room, surprised.
