The most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Someone took my perfume from my room, and of course, no one knows anything. They were empathetic and helpful during my stay, but it’s clear they don’t know how to manage their staff. This experience forces me to give them the lowest rating. When I mentioned filing a police report, as this was a theft, they were completely indifferent. I will definitely file complaints everywhere. The stolen item was an expensive Killian perfume. I’d rather have an unmade bed than lose my belongings in my own room.
