近I-57波旁舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Bourbonnais Near I-57)

The hotel is quite clean and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Roxanne, were exceptional. They are a lot better and more hospitable than the 5 star hotels.

Check in very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was clean. Breakfast for continental was the best!!!!

Unfortunately this location is extremely dated. Metal fixtures in my room were full of rust. Furniture was extremely dated and looked to be at least ten years old. The mattress in the room was old enough that even without laying on it you could see a huge indentation in the middle that was sagging. I chose this location because of the hot tub and pulled back muscles. I could not get in the pool area and had to go the front desk for assistance. The lady there kept taking calls and waiting on other people who walked up after me because she was the only one there. Unfortunately the local road crews working in the area just added insult to injury by leaving the lobby area full of dirt and mud the next morning. I would not recommend staying here. Its extremely dated and short staffed.

Check in easy, loved the pool and hot tub, room was clean, efficient and breakfast was simple but good.

Room and building appeared worn for not so old of a property. Alittle caulk and paint would go a long way. Staff was friendly. Vending machines were empty. No snacks available.

Nice location , Always Nice & Clean Comfort Inn .. I use this Hotel several times a month during business trips , Would definitely Recommend .
