My son and I stayed 1 ngiht at the Bourbonnais Hampton Inn in Bouurbonnais, IL. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of the entire place. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful at all times. Toiletries and towels were plentiful. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods to chooses from. Our stay was very pleasant and highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was lovely. Everything was clean. The workers were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was a slab of cement with a sheet over it. I did not sleep all night. Isn't the bed the most important part of a hotel room?

We felt safe staying here. The beds were comfortable and room clean. Breakfast was great with a large selection (not just a pastry). The pool was chlorinated, but the bottom looked as through it could use a cleaning. Would stay again.

Very disappointing. We booked a room for 5 people, expecting a pullout bed. They gave us a room with 2 queen beds and could not accommodate our 5th guest. Which resulted 3 people sleeping on the queen bed.
Then the shower would randomly stop working while you were taking a shower!!
But the worst part was the fact that one of my daughters got bitten twice by a mysterious bug!!!!! Bed bugs!!!!!!!
Will never go back there!!!!

We found bed bugs in the middle of the night. Packed up and went down to talk to the office staff. They were rude and seemed annoyed we were bothering them. They refused to give us their managers number or a refund.

HATED STAYING THERE!!!! VERY DIRTY!! THIS HOTEL WILL ROB YOU ON YOUR CREDIT CARD, THEN TELL YOU TO ASK YOU TO ASK UR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHY THEY STOLE MONEY OFF YOUR CARD!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!!! FAT BROWN HAIR MANAGER ALLOWS IT!!!
