Right near the airport but still in a nice area. Perfect for a day or two before flying out. Very clean, thoughtful attention to detail for travellers of all types, decent free breakfast.

I was not happy with this property. When we pulled in, there were homeless people walking through the parking lot. When I took my dog out, there were random people walking through the parking lot. The staff were very nice, but the bathroom was dirty and had someone’s random hair on the floor. The bathroom and room looks like it had mold damage and it was just repainted over. There was water damage behind the tiles next to the shower and the tile was scuffed and dirty in the room. These things didn’t make me feel comfortable or at ease. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was ok. The pool was closed and had been for a long time. Every trash can was overflowing with trash piled all around it. The breakfast was served late so we didn’t get to eat before we had to leave. The front entrance doors had to be locked at dark because the overwhelming number of homeless people trying to enter the building. My wife found ***** and a crack pipe in the parking lot right next to the front entrance.

We specifically called the day of our arrival before we booked to make sure the pool and hot tub were in working condition, as we had kiddos who were eager to swim. We got there at checkin and we’re advised the pumps went out the day before. So it was unavailable.

We just needed a place to stay enroute to Santa fe. This hotel had decent reviews, price and was close to the Albuquerque airport. We called a few days in advance to find out the best way to get there once landing. They said there was a 24/7 shuttle service run by the airport. When this didn't appear to exist at the airport upon arrival, we called again to be told there was no shuttle service. Okay, weird. We got a taxi instead. Arrived at midnight to have the person at the front desk take her time with checking us in (even though we'd just called) and give us a bare bones room, though it seemed clean. Roughly three hours later (3 - 4 am) the room above us started moving what sounded like the bed, over and over again. Woke us from a sound sleep. Had to finally call the front desk to see if they could request they stop whatever madness they were doing. I do not have confidence they did anything. Breakfast did not include anything gluten free (not shocking), so we can't say if it was good or bad, other than crummy coffee. We would not stay here again.

First room smelled of paint to the point I was nauseous and I asked to be moved. The second room shower did not work at all, and there was a huge bug in the drain.

Site was being "remodeled". Shower did not work properly. The faucet was replaced with a "modern" faucet, yet the old plunger input remained which made it confusing on how to operate the shower head. Lobby was a mess. Very overpriced!

THIS HOTEL HAD WONDERFUL STAFF AND IT WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION WITH NEARBY RESTAURANTS. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE WIFI AND TRYING TO STREAM ON THE TV. A STAFF MEMBER CAME IN AND TRIED TO CONNECT FOR ME, BUT EVEN HE COULD NOT CONNECT. IT WAS VERY ECO-FRIENDLY BUT NOT TO HAVE A COFFEE MAKER OR JUST A HOT WATER HEATER WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING BUT I UNDERSTAND. I KNOW I WOULD HAVE WASTED LESS BY HAVING THE CONTROL TO MAKE MY OWN. (THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE FOR THE GENERAL POPULATION).

I love the hotel and staff it's a safe hotel and the bed and room are very comfortable

Nice, clean, comfortable room in a great location near the airport. In an area that can be noisy, the room was quiet. We stayed because my husband had to be at the airport early. I recommend this hotel for location and value.

CHECK IN was super fast and professional. Thank you! Room was clean and so far all has been quiet. Easy parking also.

Possibly the nicest Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful, especially the front office manager, Laura. The only thing that was lacking was they have no recycling there. 6 stars

Stay was good, hotel has to be pretty new, and everything was good for the most part. Breakfast was ok, but every chafting dish was broken and took 2 hands to open and get food, with plate in one hand and no place to sit the plate. But, nothing tops that parking lot alarm that went off about very 5 minutes, day or night, right outside out room. It was funny, that they offered to change our room at no additional cost, but they were full, and we had a king suite. I love be offered a smaller room at not extra charge (golly thanks) and with a single queen bed from the King suite we paid $450 a night.
