Holiday Inn Express 布拉德福德(Holiday Inn Express Bradford)

They were undergoing renovations which were not listed on my reservation. Staff was dirty and had no clue of what was going on. Halls were dirty, actual piles of dirt and garbage in hallways. The only good worker was the young kid doing breakfast. He was a good kid. Hallways smelled of smoke as did the elevator. Definitely do not recommend. M

The property is under complete construction. I called before making reservations, this would have been nice to know. The dust is unbearable, the tub fell apart and crap came out of the drain, mid bath. The staff was unprofessional, rude and didnt seem to care that nothing was working. We are very disappointed to celebrate this way.

Deplorable conditions. Everything is completely covered in drywall dust. The entire lobby. No warning. No attempt to conceal the mess/dust. It’s horrible. The room is gross & completely outdated. The flooring is worn and the beds are like rocks. Never again. I cannot believe I didn’t turn around and walk out while I had the chance!

The hotel is under total renovation, so you walk into a construction zone. Pool was nice, breakfast was pretty good, but the rooms were dirty, floor was stained, couch was stained, drips of something down the mattress cover (gross) even still had tape in walls from a prior function.

After a very very long day on the road all I wanted to do was go to bed and get some sleep. When I got to my room it smelled of cigarette smoke. I then noticed that someone had used the bed and there were used towels on the floor of the bathroom. It seemed to me as if someone used the room for a break. Watched some TV had a smoke and a shower.

The property itself was just average, nothing really spectacular about it. The location wasn't great either. I was provided a different room than the one I had an advanced booking for, so clearly reservations mean nothing at this hotel. The beds were hard and uncomfortable as well. Breakfast is included, however, if you're not there right at 6:30am to grab a bite, nothing is restocked even though breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:30am

Vending machines didn’t operate properly. Washing machine didn’t work, however, Samantha at front desk generously offered to wash the load I had. The lighting in bathroom is HORRIBLE! Dark wallpaper and floor combined with low lights and shades made it impossible to shave or put on makeup. Had to have every light in room on just to feel like you could see. Placement of refrigerator is poor, right near the heater and the window where you fight curtains to open/close the door. Understand that the hotel is about to go through renovations, which is needed. Front desk staff and manager, Chris, we’re great though!

The staff was very nice,clean rooms ,beds were comfy ,pool was cold not very heated .Breakfast would of been better if bacon was offered along with sausage not everyone likes sausage ,pancake maker was broken ,but for the most part breakfast wasn’t terrible ,I also liked that you didn’t have to bring shampoo ,conditioner,body wash,hand soap and lotion and it was all Dove ,so yes I would stay again it wasn’t all that bad .

Stayed to visit my niece at Pitt. Only complaint, we were on first floor and you could hear EVERYTHING above us. Walking, stomping, toilet flushing, shower. Don’t know if it was just rude people or the hotel has very thin walls/floors.
